My mom and sisters and I came to Ana Maria Island to celebrate my Mom’s 70th birthday. Everything about this VRBO property was absolutely top-notch. We had the best time! Communication with the owner was seamless as well as the check-in process being smooth and easy! The property was clean and well appointed with everything and anything under the sun that we needed. This was probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had renting a VRBO. The beach location was absolutely amazing and so easy to get around the island as well with the free trolley that stops basically right in front of the house. Views from the rooftop deck for sunset were stunning! There is no doubt we would stay at the mermaid house again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home with lots of amenities! Easy access to the beach right across the street as well as shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The host was very helpful and responsive. Our family loved our time here and would definitely stay again!!

This was our first time visiting Anna Marie Island and we will definitely be back. The location of the rental was perfect. So convenient. The house is very clean. There was an issue with some wildlife. A raccoon kept visiting the pool area the first 2 nights and kept us pretty jumpy but that was taken care of quickly. We would definitely rent this property again.

We loved our stay and everything about it! Great for family and kids and perfect location so we didn’t have to mess with parking. First of all was the host was so attentive for all the little questions I had throughout our stay. We hope to be back again someday.

This property is wonderful. Right by the beach, pool was perfect and the entire home was very clean and had lots of supplies. The location is great for restaurants, gift shops and yummy sweets. This home was all we could have asked for!

This place was nothing short of amazing! They beyond exceeded our expectations and the listing pictures don’t even do the place justice. It was pure heaven in paradise. We will be staying there again. This will be our new place every year. The view of the ocean was beautiful and the walk is so easy to the beach. The Host was quick with communication and resolved any issues we had immediately and the accommodations at the place were top-tier. Especially if you are bringing the kids! Highly recommend if you want to have a great time in Anna Maria Island!

We had a great time staying at the Mermaid Treehouse! Everything was perfect! Best stocked rental I have ever stayed in. I always pack extra supplies, but this rental had everything you would ever need for a great week at the beach. Ashley the host was wonderful! Due to a storm we had an issue with the hot tub and she had someone there immediately to take care of it. The views off the deck were beautiful! If we ever need a rental this size, this is where we will be!

This house was great! It was so close to the beach it was just across the street. The roof top patio displayed the most amazing sunsets. The host was very responsive, all questions were answered promptly. She also provided many great restaurants, most within walking distance. Property was clean and well maintained. We had an amazing time and would recommend this property.

Gorgeous home, very fun place to stay! The host was extremely responsive. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The pool was a savior for kids who get tired of the sand at the beach quickly. The view from the deck is lovely.

I lost count of how many times my family said, "best vacation ever." The house, the location, Matthew and Ashley, and...well everything were amazing. The house offers amazing views, amenities and details that make for a perfect stay. Down to the little details such as fantastic cookware and comfortable furniture from room too room, it all made this vacation hard to leave. We hope to back as soon as we can!

This house is AMAZING! The location is ideal, the size is perfect. Enough room for everyone, wonderful pool, fantastic kitchen! We had the best time! Ashley & her husband are terrific hosts.they make sure you have the menjoyable stay!
