It is steps from the famous Anna Maria City Pier and historic Pine Avenue, and across the street from the turquoise waters and sugar white beaches of Tampa Bay. This beautiful and completely renovated beach home gives you an opportunity to sit back and enjoy an unobstructed view of Tampa Bay. The incredible water view is available from balconies off the main floor and from the two master bedrooms above.

If your idea of a vacation is relaxing and laying around a pool, this is the perfect house for you! The extremely spacious private pool area is situated behind the house surrounded by beautiful landscaping and palm trees. You'll never tire of swimming in the heated saltwater pool and hanging out in this beautiful pool area, the pool basketball hoop is a hit too! There is also a covered deck behind the house overlooking the swimming pool that gives you a great vantage point to watch the kids in the pool or entertain a group outdoors.

Are you done with the pool and looking for other activities and entertainment options? Work on your putting stroke on the four hole putting green, challenge some friends to a game of bocce ball, enjoy a board game or puzzle, grab the tandem kayaks or stand-up paddleboards and walk across the street to the beach, or explore the island on one of the bikes. *Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
