Große Enttäuschung nach dem Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung war gut und sauber. Der Aufzug war langsam und klein. Parken mußten wir bei einem Supermarkt, aber im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Einige Tage nach dem 5-tägigen Aufenthalt hat FeWo uns aber mitgeteilt, daß unser kleinen Hund auf einer Dobbelmatratze gepinkelt hat, und daß man 445 Euro von meiner Karte ziehen will. Der Hund war nie allein in der Wohnung, meine Frau und ich haben im gleichen Bett geschlafen, und wir haben nichts bemerkt. Man hat uns Photos von Flecken auf der Matratze geschickt. Wir können aber nicht wissen, woher diese Flecken kommen. Wir haben vor mehr als einer Woche nach einer Kopie von der Quittung der neuen Matratze gefragt. Die haben wir aber bisher nicht erhalten. Es ist nur möglich mit FeWo im Chat in Verbindung zu kommen. Hier haben wir keine Hilfe bekommen können. Man hat aber versprochen uns ein Email zu schicken. Das ist nicht passiert, und vom Chat ist nachher keine Spur. Momentan hat man also ohne Dokumentation 445 Euro von uns gezogen.
