Apartment in Villa Alexandra: This apartment is designed for up to 2 people. It is about 38 square meters and consists of a living-sleeping room (with flatscreen TV, DVD recorder, a Murphy bed, a few games, a Wohngarnitur and a dining table), a separate kitchen (with microwave, oven, dishwasher and what else you need) and of course a shower room with hair dryer. From all windows you have an unforgettable view of the sea. In the apartment you have free Wi-Fi. The Villa Alexandra is located directly on the beach and is one of the oldest buildings on Wangerooge. For an additional fee, towels, bed linen and towels can be hired locally. The house is located just a few steps from the main shopping street and is centrally located to discover the island individually with your activities. Ideal for holidays in summer, autumn, spring but also in winter

Es war sehr schön, tolle Unterkunft. Der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag an den Vermieter ist, für die großen Fenster vernünftige Rollos, Gardinen oder Plissees anzubringen, da es sehr früh sehr hell ist.

Eine Wahnsinns Aussicht, Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang… man hätte die Wohnung gar nicht verlassen müssen 😂 Raus aus dem Haus und sofort am Strand, trotzdem ruhig. Ausstattung der Wohnung…alles was man braucht.

Tolle Aussicht aber sicher nicht hochwertig

Die Wohnung in der Immobilie hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Strand der Insel. Aber das war es auch schon. Im Eingangsflur begegnen einem Risse in den Wänden, 80er Jahre Lampen, die schief an den Wänden baumeln. Im Flur riecht es strak (Heizöl? Moder?). Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist umfangreich, aber ebenfalls alt und "abgearbeitet". Es wurden Heizkörper gegen Wärmestrahler ausgetauscht, die Löcher der Rohre aber nur notdürftig übergemalt, teilweise defekte Lampen in den Räumen. Verkleidung vom Ofen z.B. ist gebrochen, Knöpfe am E-Herd sind verschmort. Im Badezimmer ohne Fenster steht ein provisorischer Heizlüfter.....Generell mach die Immobilie einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck. (Unkraut, Grünspan, defekte Gehwegplatten, schmuddelige Fassade..) Die Wohnung war aber bei Übernahme sauber. Die Bezeichnung "Hochwertige.." ist meiner Meinung nach aber nicht korrekt.

Ein Appartement mit Nordseefeeling

Das Appartement direkt an der Promenade war für uns Freundinnen genau das Richtige. 2 große Fenster sorgen für eine lichtdurchflutete Unterkunft, die Nordsee wie ein großes sich veränderndes Gemälde stets vor uns. Die Einrichtung ist zwar nicht neu, aber alles war in Ordnung und sauber. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, das friesische Geschirr rundet alles ab. Ein toller Aufenthalt auf der Insel meiner Jugend.

Abwechslungsreich, die Nordsee in all ihren Facetten kennen gelernt. Anfangs rau und stürmisch und trotzdem schön, danach mit Sonne und Strandkorb Genuss pur.
