A very nice holiday bungalow, with a pretty garden around, near beach & sea

Just a 5-minute bike ride from the stunning, long North Sea beach, this cozy holiday home awaits you in Oostkapelle. Surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden, it offers three comfortable bedrooms and a small shower bathroom.The house is accommodating up to 4 people.

On the two sheltered terraces overlooking the garden – one at the front and one at the back of the house – you can enjoy or simply relax together.
The bungalow - with "midcentury furniture items" in the living room - has a beautiful, open garden all around and is very quiet and sunny.
The house has three bedrooms and the (small) bathroom, with shower corner and sink. A cozy living room with a colorful seating area, dining area and open kitchen.

Additional details:
Rental is only possible from April to November in terms of full weeks: Friday - Friday.
Arrival/departure: always on Fridays (unless otherwise agreed).

The extra costs (2026) are:
Tourist tax (euro 2.50 per person per night),
Final cleaning (euro 80.00).
Energy costs per week (from October / April: Euro 90.00; from May / September Euro 80.00).

Oostkapelle is an excellent coastal town for families. The super clean, wide beach less than two kilometers away is the number 1 attraction. Enjoy sunbathing, a swim in the sea, a nice walk with the wind or just a seabreeze through the dunes on the shell path with beautiful natural views. But if you prefer something more active, you can go kiting, cycling, windsurfing or horse riding. And there are cozy terraces everywhere where you can drink a beer and eat. It's fun for young and old!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man kann in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zum großen Strand. Es gibt dort aber auch einen Parkplatz wenn man mit dem Auto fahren möchte. Also alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Bungalow Silverbirches. Es ist sehr gemütlich, blitzsauber und bestens ausgestattet. Endlich mal eine Küche in der man wirklich gut kochen kann, es ist wirklich alles da was man benötigt. Die Lage ist herrlich, sehr ruhig, füßläufig zum Strand und Ortsmitte, besser geht es nicht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Wir haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt in diesem gemütlichen Haus. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, große Fenster mit Blick in den Garten, gemütliche Schlafzimmer, gute Aufteilung, extra Raum für Waschmaschine und Trockner. Mir hat besonders der gute und unkomplizierte Kontakt mit der Besitzerin als auch die persönliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung gefallen. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der schöne, gepflegte Garten in absoluter Ruhe von grossen Bäumen umgeben.

Schöner Bungalow in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns in Silverbirches sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Toilette und Dusche sind neu renoviert. Der Garten ist schön begrünt und man kann hier ungestört entspannen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war nett und unkompliziert. Ein kleines Problem beim Check In wurde schnell geregelt. Wäre nicht der Hauptstrand von Mai bis September für Hunde verboten würden wir sicherlich auch wiederkommen.

Gemütliches Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Der Garten ist schön zugewachsen, so dass man dort für sich in Ruhe die Abendsonne genießen kann.

Wer Ruhe und Frieden sucht ist hier genau richtig

Wunderschönes, ruhiges Ferienhaus. Optimal war auch der eingezäunte Garten für unseren Hund. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Toll fanden wir das sich dieses Haus nicht in einem Ferienpark befand, sondern in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Der Stand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ein Restaurant ist direkt um die Ecke. Selbst zum einkaufen konnte man zu Fuß gehen. Alles hat gepasst. Wir konnten uns wirklich von unserem stressigen Arbeitsalltag erholen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbare 5 Tage in Oostkapelle im Silver Birches

Der Bungalow im 60/70 er Jahre Stil war in einem top Zustand. Mit einem großen Garten und in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend ungefähr 1 KM vom Strand entfernt. Die Küche sowie das ganze Haus ist funktionell und komplett ausgestattet. Internet ist ausreichend schnell und TV haben wir eh nicht gebraucht. Einzig und allein, das Bad ist ein wenig klein. Geht aber am Ende klar, da die Toilette vom Bad getrennt ist. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Gruß Frank

Dieses Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen: super sauber, technisch alles auf dem neuesten Stand, perfekte Lage zwischen Strand und Ort, ruhiger, gepflegter und großer Garten, großartig eingerichtete Küche und sehr nette Vermieterin.
