"Het Zeeuws Girl (.nl)" is a spacious holiday home located in the beach village of Oostkapelle. It is located on one of the beautiful green avenues in Oostkapelle between the center of the village and the beach. Enjoy peace and space with all comfort. The beach is always close by. 15 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by bike or 2 minutes by car. "Het Zeeuws Girl" has a fully fenced garden of 600 m2. The property itself is 100 m2 and can accommodate up to 8 people (6 adults + 2 children).

"Het Zeeuws Girl" is a wonderful place for families. The place is perfect for getting away from it all for a longer or short period of time in your own country.

Inside, everything is on the ground floor and the spacious living room offers a wonderful play corner. But cabins can also be built in the "children's room" with bunk beds (only for children) and single beds. High chair and cot are available. There are fixed screens in all bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven / microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and Nespresso machine.

The garden is fenced, has a swing and is big enough for a game of football. The covered terrace also makes outdoor dining possible when it rains.

Immediately outside the garden is a very quiet neighborhood where children can ride bicycles, scooters, etc. And a large playground is a 5-minute walk away.

In the village you will find all the shops to cook at home yourself, or a bit easier .., for cooking. But make it even easier: the Pannekoekenbakker, the Italian La Vita Bella, the Babbelaar (snack bar, homemade fries) and the various beach bars (De Piraat, De Lage Duintjes, Berkenbosch) are very child-friendly. That is all 5 minutes by bike and with Domburg around the corner for even more choice.

The beach has several entrances and beach tents where you can rent everything. You can first walk through the forest and then onto the beach, or cycle into the dune in 1 straight line.

If the sand comes out of everyone's ears, you can cycle beautifully from Oostkapelle: to Domburg, Veere, Westkapelle, Middelburg etc. You can also rent bicycles or bicycles in the village.

And when it rains: to the movies in Vlissingen, miniature Walcheren or the football museum in Middelburg, etc.

Kindvriendelijke verblijf! Het huis klopte, goed ingedeeld, fijne bedden, heerlijke douche, perfecte keuken. Leuke kinderkamerRustig gelegen en een fijne tuin. Enige minpuntje was de slaapbank die niet lekker lag… de rest subliem. Lokatie is fijn het ligt in het midden tussen zee en strand. De kindjes waren nog te klein om dit te belopen. 5/10 min lopen een grote speeltuin. 15 lopen Oostkapelle. 20 min strand.Wij komen graag nog een keertje terug.

Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht und sehr sauber. der Außenbereich könnte etwas gepflegter sein (Unkraut) und die Stühle könnten bequemer sein. Der Weg zum Strand und ins Dodrf ist etwas weit, da empfehlen sich Farräder gut.

Wir waren 1 Woche dort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Der Garten ist toll und die Räumlichkeiten sind gut aufgeteilt.Wohn-essraum ist groß und die Trennung von WC und Bad ist auch gut.Braucht man einen 3.Schlafraum kann man das Wohnzimmer mit Trennwand teilen.Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist auch ideal mit Kleinkind.Wir kommen gerne wieder....

Zum Wohlfühlen!

Die Ferienwohnung "Het Zeeuws Girl" bietet genau das, was auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung schon zu erkennen ist. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment sehr wohl gefühlt, weil alles liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) hatte es eine tolle Größe und es war auch reichlich Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden! Der Garten mit der Terrasse und der Schaukel war sehr schön. Das Objekt liegt sehr ruhig in einer kleinen Siedlung, von der man Strand und auch den Ort gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichen kann. Der Vermieter war immer sehr schnell und zuvorkommend zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erstmal zu den guten Seiten: Ausstattung und Lage des Hauses waren sehr gut - ruhig gelegen, schöner Garten mit zwei Schaukeln. Ortskern und Strand mit Fahrrad sehr schnell erreichbar und auch gut zu Fuß machbar. Wir hatten zu viert viel Platz im Haus. Die Einrichtung ist Ikea-Style. Es gab Gesellschaftsspiele und Bücher zum Leihen. Trockner und Waschmaschine waren vorhanden und gepflegt. Hochstuhl und Babybett wurden bereit gestellt. Soweit so gut! Nun zu den nicht so guten Seiten: Als wir ankamen, war das Haus nicht sauber, obwohl es bereits übergabebereit war. Wir haben recht viel Staub, Sand und Haare in allen Zimmern gefunden und auch der Kühlschank hatte noch einige Spuren vom Vorgänger. Wir haben dies gleich bei der Agentur gemeldet und der Putztrupp kam umgehend nochmal vorbei und hat nachgebessert. Das kann in der Hochsaison sicher mal passieren, aber für uns war es nach einer langen Fahrt dennoch unangenehm und ärgerlich. Leider hatten wir den gesamten Aufenthalt immer wieder mit Silberfischen zu kämpfen: In Bad, WC, Küche und im Kinderzimmer. Die Tierchen sind ja zum Glück ungefährlich und machen einigen Personen vielleicht gar nichts aus, dennoch haben wir uns gerade in der Küche nicht wohl gefühlt und aufs Kochen deshalb weitestgehend verzichtet. Hervorheben möchte ich aber, dass sich sowohl die Agentur als auch der Eigentümer sehr bemüht haben, die Situation zu bessern. Es kam ein Handwerker, der in der Küche einmal gesäubert hat. Danach war es ein paar Tage besser, aber dann kamen die Silberfische wieder zurück. Die Betten könnten ebenfalls bequemer sein. Letztendlich hatten wir aber einen schönen Urlaub :)

Alles hat gepasst, wenngleich ziemlich IKEA Style eingerichtet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Stockbett und 1 Einzelbett. Vom Wohnzimmer abzutrennen ist ein Doppel- Schlafsofa Wir (3 Erwachsene) haben uns wohl gefühlt : nah am Ort und nah am Strand.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sieht frisch renoviert aus und ist schlicht und schön eingerichtet. Wunderbar für einen 3 Generationen Familienurlaub mit 6 Personen

Gute und insgesamt ruhige Lage, der Strand war zu Fuß erreichbar, mit einem gemieteten Bollerwagen auch mit den beiden Kleinen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort sind gut, das Haus ist hübsch, gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Der Wohnraum mit dem großen Esstisch bietet viel Platz, die Schlafräume sind passend. Der Garten mit den Schaukeln (besonders der vorhandenen Babyschaukel) war für die Kleinen ein besonderes Ereignis. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war unkompliziert, hilfreich und angenehm, der Service durch "Schoonzichtholiday" freundlich und schnell. Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus "Het Zeeuws Meisje"hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Die Raumaufteilung, die wundervoll geschmackvolle Einrichtung, der Garten mit überdachtem Außensitz und die umlaufenden hohen Hecken haben uns sofort begeistert. Die Ausstattung war perfekt und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ich konnte auch meiner Leidenschaft nachgehen und die Hochbeete pflegen sowie die Pflanzen gießen. Meine Schwester ist auf die Benutzung eines Gehwagens angewiesen und sie konnte sich in allen Räumlichkeiten ungehindert bewegen. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit gerne wieder mieten.
