Sehr schöne gepflegte Wohnung. Die KĂŒche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Garage war auch vorhanden. Man ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Markt entfernt, welcher tĂ€glich stattfindet und ein wunderbares Angebot bereithĂ€lt. Mit einem kleinen Fußmarsch ist auch die Uferpromenade in ca. 10 - 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Abgesehen vom Wetter hatten wir einen schönen, ruhigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und können diese weiterempfehlen.

Appartement trÚs bien situé proche du marché couvert et accÚs rapide au centre ville ,port et plages. TrÚs bien aménagé et équipé ,lumineux dans une résidence calme. Sa place de parking et son petit balcon ajoutent un plus non négligeable. En tout point parfait, pour deux personnes, voir quatre avec son canapé convertible. Le service conciergerie est assuré par deux personnes trÚs agréable et de bon conseil. Je recommande. voir

Mon Ă©pouse et moi avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour Ă  ROYAN, et le trĂšs agrĂ©able et confortable appartement de StĂ©phanie y a amplement contribuĂ©. Outre le fait d’ĂȘtre trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, il est Ă©galement trĂšs bien situĂ©, proche du marchĂ© central trĂšs attrayant et vivant, mais cependant dans un environnement trĂšs calme, et suffisamment proche de la plage pour y aller Ă  pied en profitant des boutiques de la rue Aristide Briand. Sans compter les petites attentions d'accueil. Merci StĂ©phanie.
