Play ping pong, foosball, poker. 2 story house with stairs. laundry room, 2nd floor, Kitchen/Great room, Hallway, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, Game room. House is not toddler proof. please call with any questions.Eat meals together in the large kitchen that includes 48" range w double oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine frig, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots pans, baking dishes, and plenty of serving dishes. Sit down meals are easy with the large dining table. Enjoy the gas Weber BBQ on the deck off the kitchen and eat outside overlooking the beautiful views. Enjoy the new Flagstone patio area.Fully fenced in yard as well. No Hot tub.

This house is on a double-lot; You’ll find a large fenced in backyard, adjacent to meadow with beautiful trails leading to the lake. Walk just a few yards to the river and watch the wildlife. Or, hang out at the house. This house is located in the Tahoe Keys Association so you have access to indoor outdoor pool, tennis and basketball courts. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, coolers. (additional charge to use the pool)

Great place to entertain and enjoy what South Lake has to offer.

Arrangements were great. Outdoor space was fun with easy access to trails and the keys. Great proximity to the casinos and nightlife. Would recommend for anyone who needs to sleep 10+ comfortably and just looking for a fun place to stay!! Thanks again for the great hospitality.

Best house!

We had so much fun at this house! With all the games they provide inside and out. Beds were nice, bathrooms outdated but functional. Would love to stay here again! Its on my favorites list for sure.

This is a great home for ...

This is a great home for a group get together! The home is really set up for fun. Our group had a fun time using all the toys in the main room, and we even took advantage of the swim complex down the street. We had the indoor olympic size pool to ourselves when we went. It was close to everything we wanted to do in South Lake, and the owner was great to work with. We plan to rent again.

Excellent House and Even Better Host

Kris was very easy to get a hold of when we had any questions. The house is near Tahoe Keys, which is a great marina where you can rent boats, jet skis etc. The house itself was the perfect size for our group and we loved that it came with bikes and kayaks. Plenty of pots and pans, dishes and utensils for our dinners we had each night. Thank you Kris!

Super fun

The property was amazing!! Plenty of room for my large group. When the kids keep saying this is the best time ever you know you did well. Adults took a few hours to gamble but didn’t even have to leave the property. Bikes, sleds, basketball, hot tub and all the games inside the house!! Overall it was a blast! Thank you so much Kris.

The house was not “gently used” but rather “well worn.” The owner was very responsive to any questions/needs we had. Pots and pans all needed scrubbing before we used them. We loved the game room. The bedrooms for the adults were less than comfortable.

A house for all seasons!

We came up with a group of guys and had plenty of things to do not just outside, but indoors when we were done exploring Tahoe. We are all quite competitive so having pool, ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard, air hockey and a big table for poker was everything we could have asked for. Bonnie was very responsive and made sure to check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. They also have a hot tub which was a welcome sight after we played all day around Tahoe. All in all, we picked a great spot for a group of guys to hang out for 4 days and will probably look into this spot again the next time we want to book a big group.

Wonderful Space for Large Groups

We rented this cabin for a bachelorette party with 13 people. The home was perfect - everyone had their own bed, there was plenty of room for all of us to be in the same room at the same time and the owner is great to work with. The kitchen has plenty of space to prepare meals for a large group (double oven, gas range with 5 burners, grill, two sinks, large refrigerator, etc.). The backyard is a nice bonus as the volleyball net was set up and allowed the 9 former college athletes in attendance to reminisce on the good old days with some "friendly" competition. Staying here made our weekend stress free and enjoyable. The house is not only great for a group of adults, but also for multiple families with kids. If you are looking for a place to stay for a large group of people, this is the only place you need to look at!

Awesome House and Easy to Work With Hosts

The house is perfect for a big group of guys! The upstairs open format, games, projector, large kitchen, balcony, and back yard were all highlights. The location was also awesome. Everyone in my party had a wonderful time and was very comfortable! Bonnie and Kris were very easy to work with. They were up front about a possible leak issue (there happened to be a big rainstorm), and offered to move us to a bigger house. Kris verified there wasn't a current leak but it could come back, and my group decided we wouldn't be bothered by it and stayed. The communication and flexibility was great! The house layout is better in person than in the photos. There are three bedrooms downstairs. upstairs the space is split between an open kitchen and dining space (with balconies facing the backyard), and a massive living/game room. There were also two additional bedrooms upstairs (bunked beds). The only concern was the dishwasher and microwave were not working perfectly, but that could have been user-error.

Please read entire review before making your opinion. My star rating reflect what happen to our group. The house is great and owner is very responsive. We had a large group of 16 people. We didn't realize how strict South Lake Tahoe was about the noise ordinance. Believe me when I said strict. They won't even let you park cars on the street and limited number of cars in driveway. We had 3 in garage, 1 in street who was a visitor. There was a compliant about that. My group was playing charades, it got pretty heated and voices were a little loud. There was noise compliant. A security guy came out and gave us a warning. Any more complaints would result in a fine. We thought it was a little excessive. If you're looking for a quiet place, this would be the perfect fit. If you're looking for a house where you guys can hang out, I would avoid due to restrictions. Otherwise, great house and owner.

Awesome Place

This is a great place for large groups. Plenty of beds and things to do. Kris was awesome the hot tub broke and he was not able to get it fixed for our visit but he got us into the indoor pool so the kids could play. There is pool, foosball, air hockey and shuffle board and a basketball hoop where we played PIG everyday. Quiet neighborhood where you can walk and also a trail behind the place that will take you to a pretty creek/river. It was advertised as having ping pong and darts but those are no longer there. We had a blast and will be back! Thank You Kris!

Awesome House for a Big Group!

This house is great for a big group of friends! You can sleep 16 people in beds comfortably. The living room/game room area is awesome! You can literally never be bored in this house. The house is right near the Tahoe Keys Marina, which was convenient since we rented a tiki boat out of there one day (highly recommend doing that - so fun!) The only downside (which is applicable to most rental homes in Tahoe) is the 10pm curfew - it is definitely strict. Make sure all music is turned off by 10 or you will get the cops called on you! This happened to us, but the music was turned off by the time they arrived at 11, so we got a warning instead of a citation. As long as you follow that rule, you will have a great time! I also love how big the kitchen is - there's a huge island, and a dining room table big enough to fit your whole group! Enjoy!

Graduation celebration

The property was so much more than we expected. Loved the cleanliness and everything about the house was perfect. I do have to say this one tops all of the other rentals we have rented in the past. The owner was so kind and really cared about our stay. I am definitely coming back.

Fun for everyone!

The house had good size bedrooms to accommodate our group of 14 comfortably. Plenty of games for everyone, made my life as a parent easy. I was able enjoy my cup of coffee on the large patio over looking a beautiful meadow. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, the double lot is a huge plus when you have loud young children. We got a sweet surprise on our last night. The fire department drove by in their fully lit fire engine. It was so special for the young kids, adults included. Overall it was a great stay. This is literally the National Lampoons VRBO. I know Chris will be very defensive but if you dig deep enough you will find a couple other reviews that support the one star house that this is. I will keep it short and simple. This house is dirty and almost everything is broken, like the chairs, windows , blinds and faucets. There is a reason that there are no pictures of the bathrooms and that’s because they are gross. Bring your own mouse traps and stay at your own risk!

Wonderful Cabin!

This house is absolutely amazing. All amenities were provided; pots & pans, towel, tp, dishwashing detergent, etc. The game room and hot tub were a big plus. The house is in a wonderful neighborhood and backs up to a meadow which is so peaceful. The hot tub was also a wonderful addition. Everything worked well (stove, showers, etc.) and Kris (the owner) was more than accommodating when it came to questions, follow ups, etc.

This place has it all!!

Very good for large groups (we had three families). We decided it would be best for our group to ski Sierra rather than Heavenly, and property is close enough to do that. Also, large private/safe area for the kids to play in the snow and hike around on non-ski days. Great entertainment room for inside activities in the evenings.

Renovations needed

This place was spacious and has an awesome game room but doesn't live up to it's potential. It is very dated and has a dirty feel to it. The room that I stayed in had a dog and urine smell. Some of the railings (inside and out) were loose and unsafe for kids. Some of the closets and doors were broken/cracked. The vacuum doesn't work. The border around the kitchen counter makes it hard to clean an traps food particles. Also, there were bees coming out of the bathroom light/fan fixture. Overall this place has a lot to offer but could definitely use some renovations.

This house is in a great neighborhood, very woods-y. Close to everything Tahoe has to offer. This property is located on a very special street. The house sits on a huge double lot with fenced yard. Behind the house is a sprawling meadow. Forest service land. No houses. Just open meadow that will take you all the way to the lake. This house is located in a very desirable area within the Tahoe Keys, (all community amenities included). Community amenities are private beach, beach volleyball, outdoor/indoor swimming pool and much more!
