Great place. Great location. Recommend more hooks, more hangers, king beds instead of queens. Highly recommend a hot tub. The house is wonderfully built and beautifully decorated. Perfect for our group. The boys said the bunk beds were a bit uncomfortable because the mattress didn’t fit the frame so the pillows kept falling off? So maybe recommend a fix for that as well. Otherwise great value for the money

Girls trip! We had a blast just hanging out at the house scrapbooking, crafting and eating. Had a couple of issues with the kitchen sink faucet and TV and maintenance was quick to respond and resolve the issue quickly. House was great!

Escaping the Heat

Spent 3 days at this mountain property to escape the heat down in Salt Lake. It was the perfect last minute getaway before school started. It close to Pineview and the ski resorts but ended up at Causey Reservoir to Paddleboard. The house was exactly what we expected and perfect for a family of 6. It could easily accommodate more than 6 comfortably.

Thoroughly impressed

The photos are accurate but what’s not pictured are all of the small touches that make this rental exceed all expectation. Location, amenities, cleanliness, roominess, and communication when needed are all 5 star. The kids loved the upstairs “playroom” and the adults enjoyed a well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. Will definitely book again! Mahalo, mahalo, mahalo!

Beautiful Home In A Beautiful Neighborhood

The home is even more beautiful in person. It is very clean, beautifully decorated and the mountain views are stunning. The community pool is very clean and pretty. We had a wonderful time. There were a few things that I hope the management company will correct on the listing. Bedroom 3 is a double bed not a queen and bedroom 4 only has a twin bunk bed, so it doesn't sleep really more than 7 unless you have young kids. It also has a grill and a DVD player. Lastly the property has access to a community tennis court (1) that also has pickle ball lines. It was a lovely stay but we ended up being short a bed due to the inaccurate description.

Family vacation

We came here for a short vacation before school starts and we had an amazing time! The house was really nice and Brady was awesome to work with....the pool was a short walk away and was very nice. We loved all the trails that you could walk on or ride bike. It was so much fun! We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed this house. Very clean and comfortable. The beds are great and everything was easy to find. Great neighborhood. Eden and the surrounding areas are amazing. Great weekend with the fam!
