The home is fitted with a tankless water heater. It provides a constant hot water supply on demand. So there will be no instances of some guests postponing to take a shower.
This apartment is situated on the 5th floor of a 6-story building with elevator.

From the end of November to January, the apartment is decorated with garlands, candles, holly and a Christmas tree, as well as the balcony.

PARKING

You can park your car in front of the building by purchasing parking permits for the blue (residential) zones, which cost 20 euros for 24 hours. The web application allows you to transfer a specific portable parking permit to your license plate and thus park in all paid parking zones. You park in the selected zone in the same way as the owners of resident parking permits. Without this transferable parking permit car parking in front of the building for non-residents is not allowed. I will send you a web link where you can buy and pay for a parking card for the days you require.
Or you can park in a public garage 5 minutes drive from the apartment.

APARTMENT SIZE: 797 SQ FT - BIGGER THAN MOST IN PRAGUE. This is a one bedroom apartment but can comfortably accommodate three adults. There are two beds in the apartment. One king bed (63 x 79 inches /160cmx200cm), one fold-out bed (47 x 78 inches /120cmx200cm). All beds are located in the bedroom. However, the second bed is a folding bed, so it can be placed pretty much anywhere in the home. The sofa in the living room is not a fold-out bed. If there are two of you and you require separate beds, please let me know at the time of booking, otherwise you will only have a king bed in the bedroom.

THREE-ROOM APARTMENT:

The bedroom is furnished with a bookcase; a six-drawer dresser in blue and green patina; a work desk equipped with a monitor, HDMI cable, and HDMI adapter for connecting your MacBook or laptop; and a king bed with a single mattress measuring 63x79 inches. The mattress is comfortable and of high quality, featuring a soft Aloe Vera cover. The damask sheets are accompanied by two quality duvets measuring 55 x 79 inches each, along with two king-size and two standard-size soft pillows. The bedroom is equipped with thick curtains that will allow you to sleep as long as you wish.
2• commodious living room with a view on Charles Bridge street and partially on the castle.
3• The dining area includes a kitchen that opens up to a beautiful balcony decorated with flowers. Here, you'll find a wonderful spot to relax while overlooking the historic buildings.
• The apartment has a laundry room with a ​washing machine and dryer, laundry detergent, sponges, cleaning accessories, mop, dryer rack, vacuum cleaner, etc.
• Bathroom featuring custom-made mosaic stone walls, a shower/bathtub, and a towel heater. A good, relaxing soak in the bathtub could be just what you need. Treating yourself with a hot bath can feel like the height of luxury. Additionally, the bathroom and toilet are separate.
