On a hill in Makarska is located this beautiful semi-detached house with pool. The house is spread over two floors which are connected by external stairs. On the first floor is a large covered terrace with outdoor barbecue, while on the terrace on the floor is the pool, from which you have a great view of the sea and the port of Makarska. There is also a jacuzzi on the first floor. Visit the town center with numerous restaurants and cafes, as well as the long, beautiful pebble beach, just 2 km away. Take advantage of the proximity to the islands of Brac and Hvar and take a day trip by boat.

Wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Unterkunft sauber und alles vorgefunden wie beschrieben. War rundum ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Immer wieder gerne dort.

Ferienobjekt entspricht nicht 4 Sterne

Was als Haus vermietet wird, sind 2 seperate Appartments. Der Whirlpool steht direkt auf der offenen Hofeinfahrt und ist somit von allen passierenden Fahrzeugen und Personen ersichtlich. Der Eigentümer bewohnt sowohl das Erdgeschoss, wie auch die obere Etage, ist also permanent present. Direkt angrenzend am Haus befindet sich ein weiteres Appartment, wobei die Balkone nicht mal durch einen Sichtschutz geschütz sind. Der obere Bereich ist mit einem wirklich schönen Pool und einer dazu gehörigen Terasse ausgestattet. Jedoch ist aus der Oben bewohnten Etage des Eigentümers ein Fenster zum Pool angebracht. Dieses wird gerne sehr oft mehrmals am Tag dazu genutzt um die Gäste zu beobachten. Grundsätzlich ist eine Privatsphäre auszuschließen. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist ( beide seperaten Appartments) lässt zu wünschen übrig. Sehr abgenutzte und sehr alte Möbel die wie z.B. das Sofa überhaupt nicht nutzbar sind. Auch die Ausstattung des Kochgeschirrs wäre hier nicht erlaubt, da man sich übelst die Hände verbrennt. Die vorhandenen Schränke stehen teilweise bepackt mit Utensilien der Eigentümer voll. Sauberkeit definiert jeder anders, uns war es zu schmudelig.Alles in einem war die Ausstattung ein Sammelsorium alter Gegenstände und auch im Aussenbereich bekam man keine Auflagen für die vorhandenen kaputten Liegn auf der Terasse. Auch die Handtücher waren rar so das wir diese aus den beiden Appartment zusammen gesammelt haben um diese wechseln zu können. Bettwäsche gab es ungern zum wechseln, auch die vorhandene Waschmaschine, sowie der Geschirrspüler laufen Stunden lang, völlig veraltet. Das einzig positive ist der Pool, der aber leider nur über eine Aussentreppe zugänglich ist.
