A nice area 2 minutes from a pretty park with games for children. Garden of the house, wooded where you feel good. Pergola for eating in the shade, barbecue, ping pong table. 15 minutes by car from the beaches of Brétignolles sur mer or St Gilles Croix de vie and 5 minutes from the lakes of Gué Gorand or Jaunay. Many hikes possible and cycle paths nearby. Many activities in the city and the surrounding area in summer.

Très jolie maison, quartier très calme, la maison est très agréable, spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire nous avons manqué de rien je laisse un avis ++++++++++
