We will be delighted to welcome you to this 100m² single-storey airbnb with large private parking in front of the entrance, close to the centre, the stadium and the lake. All amenities are nearby. The bakery is just opposite. In a nineteenth-century character house, the accommodation has 2 large bedrooms, a living-dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine. New equipment, wifi.
The apartment is on the ground floor. One of the two bedrooms and the kitchen overlook the rear garden and enjoy a beautiful view, quiet. In addition to the private parking, there is the possibility for motorcyclists to park their motorcycles in the shelter of our porch (locked).
There are a total of 4 beds with beds of 160/200. The mattresses (memory foam) and beds are new, as well as all the furniture and equipment (except the two wardrobes from Lorraine). There is wifi (fibre) in the accommodation. There is also a laundry room in the accommodation with a washing machine and a drying rack (we plan to add a dryer later). We are very responsive when needed.
The accommodation is located just opposite the marina of Longeville and allows beautiful walks along the Moselle (golf club, water sports...). From April, the Metz'o takes you by boat to the city centre.
