We had a wonderful stay. The area was quiet, peaceful, and had beautiful sunsets. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved the game room. We were in close proximity to the grocery store when we needed items.

Thank you for the review and also for sharing that beautiful photo of the view from the back deck!
We had a great stay at Mtn Iris. The home had everything we needed, the view was stunning, and the mountain road up was easy to navigate.
The beds were very comfortable. We loved that there were TVs in all the bedrooms and each room had it's own bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!
This was our very first family vacation and our first time visiting Tennessee! The host made it easy to check in, answered all my questions, and replied quickly! We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay at Mtn Iris!
Our family enjoyed our mountain get-away at the Mountain Iris. The house was perfect for our family of 8. Morning coffee on the porch in the rocking chairs was one of our favorites!
This cabin was perfect for me and my family! It had everything we needed. Getting there and checking in was so easy. The owner kept in contact and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who will be traveling soon.

Thanks so much Marilu. We loved having you as our first guests and are so happy you enjoyed your stay!
Had an excellent time, our family totally enjoyed the house! Plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay here again! Communication with host answered immediately.
The cabin was everything we wanted. The views are fantastic. I loved waking up every morning, walking out on the deck and seeing two different mountain ranges. The house was well appointed. It had everything you need including cookware and a dishwasher. The jacuzzi was a great way to end the day after shopping, tubing, rafting, exploring caves and of course going to the Great Smokey Mountains National Park. Everything was a short drive away. We will definitely be back!

Ashley has been travelling to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg since she was a small child with her family. After getting married, she and Sean began visiting first as a couple, and then as a growing family. With children aged 2 to 17, we've experienced every version of the Smokies experience. From moonshine tasting and barhopping as young adults, to fine dining as a "mature" couple, to zipline and horseback adventures, to the full-on family Dollywood experience! The Great Smoky Mountain National Park has been an anchor of every trip, and should be visited by every guest at The Mountain Iris.
