Holiday on the beach, family friendly and quiet location, no mass tourism

Holiday house Saric:
Our house (about 110sqm) is located directly in the bay of Bilice (Stubalj). The beach (fine pebble beach) is max. 100 m (little busy residential street). Supermarket, playground and restaurant are within 2-10 minutes walk. Boat ramp and docking in the immediate vicinity (2 minutes).

Distribution and equipment:
Our cottage is a detached house. Completion was in 2014, thus first occupancy in 2015 for our holiday guests.
The house has 3 bedrooms (3 doubles), a modern shower room with toilet and two sinks, a guest toilet and a well-equipped large kitchen with seating and fridge and washing machine and a living room with TV and a spacious entrance. The double bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, which can be booked on request (12, - € per day - 3 air conditioners or optional with Wenignutzern billing according to actual consumption possible, separate electricity meter for kWh).
The two large terraces have direct and unobstructed sea views. Barbecue, seating and sun loungers are available.
A parking lot in front of the house is available.

Place:
The small town of Bilice is located on a beautiful bay at the inlet, which leads to the National Park "Krka waterfalls", so here the sea is always warmer and less salty than the open sea. The pebble beach is flat, making it ideal for small children.
No mass tourism, so no crowds around the good places on the beach and very family friendly.

In the quiet village there are a few small restaurants / cafes and a supermarket. The greengrocer comes twice a week with fresh stuff. In a few minutes drive large supermarkets and shopping centers can be reached.
Bilice is adjacent to the coastal town of Sibenik with its historic old town (to the center by car in about 5 minutes).

Numerous sights of the Dalmatian coast (z. For example, the historic towns of Trogir, Split, and Zadar, the Kornati National Park, the Krka National Park or tourist strongholds such as Vodice and Primosten) are in the vicinity. Excursions by boat are also possible from the surrounding villages.
A large shopping center 'Dalmare' is about 8 km away (also with German shops).
The large hotel complex 'Solaris' with swimming pool (sea water) and freely accessible beach provides for more action. It offers various leisure activities and is about 10 km away (slides, water castle, golf, water park, attraction pirate ship with changing events, water bar, etc.).
In the evening you can stroll wonderfully in Primosten or Vodice on the promenade, with all the usual Mediterranean offers at stalls and restaurants.

The large estuary, which stretches from the open sea over Sibenik to the Krka National Park, is a water sports paradise (motorboat, sailing, water skiing, jet ski). A boat ramp and a berth (by arrangement) are available.

There is a local tax of 0.95 € per day per person to pay.
