Sehr schönes komfortables Haus
Wir waren als Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen in Dubrava und können alle positiven Bewertungen der Vormieter bestätigen. Das Haus ist modern, groß, sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet. Im Außenbereich findet man an den beiden Sitzgelegenheiten und unter den Sonnenschirmen ausreichend Schatten. Der Pool ist sehr schön und wird alle 3 Tage vom Hauseigentümer gereinigt.
Die von den Vorgängern als Mängel beschriebenen Ausstattungen, wie z.B. ein zusätzlicher Getränkekühlschrank und ein zweiter Haustürschlüssel, wurden uns bei der Ankunft angeboten.
Auch die Lage bewerten wir mit 5*, denn dass das Haus nicht am Meer liegt, weiß man anhand der Beschreibung und darf somit nicht in die Bewertung einfließen. Absolut praktisch fanden wir, dass der Studenac Markt einfach zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Hier gibt es unter anderem auch frisches Weißbrot zum Frühstück. Die großen Discounter wie Lidl, Kaufland und Plodine sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt.
Wir danken Ojdana und Ivica für die wundervollen Tage und können das Haus jedem empfehlen.
