This house is in a great neighborhood. It was clean and very comfortable. The back porch was amazing. Sipping coffee and watching all the wildlife was incredible. Quick access to everything in town was helpful. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We'd very highly recommend staying here.
We visit Cloudcroft every year. This was our first time at this particular property. It was cozy yet perfectly spacious. The location is ideal. It wasn’t stocked with toilet paper, bath wash, or shampoo/conditioner. If I realized that ahead of time, I would have traveled with our own. The Dollar Store is close by so, an easy resolve. This is not a complaint, just a “good to know.” We will definitely plan to stay again in the future!
We had a wonderful weekend hiking and exploring in and around Cloudcroft! Having this beautiful, spacious home to stay in made it even better! The house is larger than I expected from the photos! Very comfortable for 5 and easily could have added several more. There is wi-fi and a roku, so bring your log ins if you want to access Netflix, Disney+, etc. There is also a great collection of family friendly movies and some toys too! We will look forward to staying here again!

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
This home was not well appointed for renters and the two full bathrooms were not clean. There are loose boards on the entry ramp that are dangerous. The deck out back was filthy and we had to clean it to enjoy. Overall, this is a beautiful home that's not being taken care of which is what it needs. Disappointing as I have always admired and had looked forward to staying there.
We were wowed when we all walked in. It was better than we imagined it from the online listing. Two levels provide plenty of space for a family of 6 to spread out when needed and engage in separate activities. It's warm and cozy to help families enjoy time together, too! We would definitely stay there again. Four-wheel drive or tire chains would have been needed if there was snow or ice on the streets. Check-in/out process was a breeze.
Place was perfect for our family. Very clean and roomy. The pictures online do not do it justice. Close to town. We were lucky, we got the first snow of the season. It was a perfect thanksgiving stay.
