About this property
Coyote Retreat a 2b, 2bath house in the forest and mountains of Cloudcroft, NM!
UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP/HOST - After a long day of outdoor activities enjoy relaxing in this comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-full bath house with a king bed, queen bed, and a loveseat sleeper sofa. Location is close to everything Cloudcroft has to offer. This home, Coyote Retreat, is around the corner from Zenith Park which offers pickleball courts, tennis courts, a playground and an ice skating rink in the winter. We have 4 pickle ball rackets and balls for your use. Please return them to mudroom when finished using them. There is a $50 charge if they are lost or stollen. This house is also walking distance to shopping and restaurants. If you’re wanting to stay inside you can cozy up by the wood burning stove/fireplace. Cook in the large kitchen fully stocked with dishes and pans. Watch a movie on the smart tv or play board games. Home is centrally heated, but there is no AC. There are three floor fans and space heaters if you need them. Coyote retreat has a large laundry/mud room with full size washer and dryer and enough room to store your outdoor gear. There is an outdoor patio that can also be accessed from the main bedroom. It has a picnic table with umbrella and small propane grill. (Please follow local fire safety laws. Clean and cover grill after use, including grease tray. Dump cooled grease in trash not the sink.) There is a front porch with chairs where you can enjoy the ponderosa pines, maple trees or the elk and mule deer passing by. There are two parking spaces, but not enough room for trailers and there is no street parking available. Also know that there is a small steep slope to get to the parking area that may be tricky in winter. We recommend 4 wheel drive. **Maximum stay is 21 days** We look forward to hosting you at Coyote Retreat.
