"The Hideout" is a true, RENOVATED, log cabin with plenty of room for family and friends. This cabin comfortably sleeps 6 and has room galore inside and out! You will feel secluded and like you are in the trees with all the beautiful trees surrounding the property.

The large wrap-around porch is inviting and a very relaxing place to sit and read a book, listen to nature, or have a glass of wine. Inside, the open floor concept has been newly renovated and is ready to host you and your family! The family room is welcoming with new furniture and is a lovely place to sit and visit. There is a flatscreen smart TV for the family to catch up on all the shows! The kitchen is open to the family and dining rooms and is fully stocked with all the necessities! You might want to cook or grill at the home instead of going out! The double doors off the dining room lead unto the porch and a wonderful NEW hot tub! Tuck the kids in bed and pour a glass of wine while relaxing in the hot tube and enjoying the jets! Let the stress dissolve at The Hideout!

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. The primary bedroom has a stately wood king-sized bed, a flatscreen TV, and a small closet. The secondary bedroom has a wood full-sized bed and a small closet. The downstairs bedrooms share a full bath. A stackable washer/dryer is ready for use!

The upstairs game room is a bright and open area. It is loaded with fun and a lovely sleeper sofa! There is a pool table, PAC-MAN game system and board games to play while enjoying your stay. Step out onto the balcony from the game room and enjoy a private area to read a book! There is a NEW spacious full bathroom upstairs that includes a walk-in shower.

The Hideout is truly special for so many reasons! It's a true log cabin on a flat lot in an ideal location. It is surrounded by beautiful trees and has plenty of room inside and out for family and friends to hang out and play games. The parking is the best! Several vehicles can easily park. And there are no scary roads! You will love it!

The Hideout is a wonderful location! You are only 9 miles from Tanger Outlets, 11 miles from Dollywood, 19 miles from Ober Gatlinburg, and 19 miles from Great Smoky Mountains National Park. If flying into Knoxville (McGhee Tyson Airport), the drive to The Hideout is less than an hour!

We are new owners and have renovated this beautiful cabin. We self manage so you will work directly with us. You will not worry about dealing with a management company. Our family loves Tennessee and the Great Smoky Mountains and we know you will too!

Family fun Cabin

Beautiful cabin located in a very quiet area. Great Hot Tub on a fantastic wrap around porch. Bedroom and bed were great. Best sleep we have had in a really long time. Cabin was very secure and we felt safe the entire time. Kitchen area was perfect; it had everything we needed. Game-room in upstairs loft was great. Pool table and video game was great. Although the cabin is in a quiet area, we were centrally located to everything. Our only complaint was the water pressure in the upstairs bedroom. However, the downstairs bathroom was fine. We have been visiting the Smokey’s for about 10 years and this is a cabin we would definitely recommend and one we will be renting again in the near future.

2 Birthday Celebrations on Spring Break!

We had a great time celebrating 2 birthdays and a little spring break with all girls ages 12 to 60ish. The cabin was so very clean and comfortable. It accommodated all of us very well and had everything we needed. It was great to come back to a quiet house after being out for the day. It was very relaxing and we would definitely recommend staying here! The owners were so easy to communicate with. We loved it!!!!

Great stay!

We came to Pigeon Forge for just a short stay. The property is close to everything, but very private. The cabin is well decorated, very clean, and has everything you need. Michael was very attentive, answering texts immediately! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Well kept and family friendly

We stayed for a short weekend trip to visit Dollywood and Ober. The kids loved the arcade games and pool table while everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The location was nice as it was close to all activities but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. The cabin was fully stocked with all equipment you would need to cook/bake or do general entertaining including appropriate dinnerware for young children. The house was clean and well kept. We have been coming to the area multiple times a year over the last 8 years and this cabin ranks as one of the most well kept cabins we have stayed in. We will definitely stay again!

Great cabin away from the hustle and bustle

The cabin is very clean, has plenty of linens, towels, etc. The porch with the rockers and hot tub surrounded by woods is very quiet and private. WiFi worked great, had absolutely no issues with the cabin or host, both were amazing! The Host is extremely kind and courteous and very easy to communicate with. The cabin is close enough to all the attractions to be convenient but far enough away that you really feel like you’re in a mountain retreat. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely book again!

Hidden gem

Appropriately called the ‘hideaway’, this rustic cabin with all the amenities is a short drive from Sevierville / Pigeon Forge and the Smokies. We enjoyed long days of hiking in the park and recharged on the wraparound porch. The kitchen was practical and the cabin was spacious and nicely appointed. The owner was solicitous and helpful. A relaxing and enjoyable vacation that we would gladly do again.

Best Experience Ever!

This was far and away the best experience we have ever had renting a house for vacation. It was exactly as pictured, well stocked, impeccably clean, homey and comfortable, and has very reasonable check out requests and clear instructions. We have been duped in the past with deceptive photos, dirty arrival conditions and ridiculous clean up demands- but this was NOTHING like those bad experiences. We would gladly stay here again and would look for this owners other properties if we were visiting the FL panhandle. The owners were extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. 10/10!!

It was a very nice stay. Really like the house and its amenities. Everything worked great. Only thing was the upstairs TV which turns on randomly and starts playing elevator music. No biggie. I figured out that I could turn it off from downstairs using the living room remote.
