Spend your Holiday & Ski vacations at this Beech Mtn. Condo near the Ski Resort

1 BR studio condo located a half mile from ski slopes. It's a top floor end unit condo with a ramp all the way to the driveway- no stair steps. Offered fully furnished with all appliances including washer & dryer, stocked kitchen, linens provided, & great mountain view. King bed, sleeps 4. Discount rates for ski & snow board rentals are included with this rental condo during the winter ski season. Many new upgrades and nicely decorated. Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $35 per reservation. Pets must sleep on a pet bed or in a crate. They are not to be left unattended inside the condo.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take the trash to the dumpster at the clubhouse at the bottom of the hill. Load & start the washing machine with used towels and bed sheets & pillowcases.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash must be taken to the dumpsters at the clubhouse at the bottom of the hill. Parking pass must be returned to the coat rack in the entry hallway.
Guests who bring service animals/pets should notify me of this before arrival. Animals should not sleep on the bed/sofa. Use a leash outside.
Guest should load and start the dishwasher prior to departing. Place used linens-towels in the washer and start.

Great place and such a great location! It was a perfect place for a couple! Host is very reliable and answers questions quickly. We especially loved the wall heater in the bathroom. Definitely make sure you have a reliable car as the road to the neighborhood was not plowed, but was easy to travel on. Super close to Beech Mountain resort, definitely was easier to drive than walk. Less than 5 minutes from restaurants and town. We will absolutely stay again and definitely recommend!

Lovely studio

This lovely studio was clean and presented as listed. It had an extremely well stocked full kitchen which was awesome. The location was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again if in the area.

The beech mountain condo was excellent. Check in was a very simple process. The unit was clean and very nicely decorated. The best part was the view. In the mornings you can witness an amazing sunrise with your morning coffee.

Weekend getaway

We had an excellent stay. The condo is very convenient to Beech Mountain, we actually walked over to ski/snowboard. The view is nice and our dogs enjoyed the stay as well. Parking is a little tricky but we did not have any issues with that. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

The view was spectacular, couldn't get enough of it. At night we sat on the deck and watch a million stars, a few shooting. We stayed 2 nights and loved it. The condo was clean and very nice, it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The only downside for me was no a/c. It's near the top of the mountain so it's cooler up there but it was warm in the condo when we arrived on the August afternoon.

Wonderful Chalet

We had a wonderful stay in Beech Mountain for the start of Autumn 2024. The chalet was perfectly located and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in the mountains. We enjoyed the daily deer sightings and the mountain birds. We enjoyed the morning sunrises, autumn moon and the quiet end unit. Very good weekend!!

Great place!

We came into town for my brothers wedding, it was perfect for two and clean. Trent was amazing and very accommodating and responsive. Instructions were clear and we didn’t have any trouble checking in or out. The Mountain View’s were breathtaking!

Great location in Beech Mountain, amazing view! The owner of the property was great and very fast to reply in help with a cable tv issue. The condo was very clean and is stocked with anything needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

We had a great stay here with our pup. The condo was really cute and had everything we needed, including an amazing view! It was a short drive to many restaurants in Beech Mountain, Beech Mountain itself and not too far from Banner Elk. The owner was very good at communicating with us and the check-in process was a breeze. It is steep to get there so definitely bring a car that is good on hills!

Wonderful mountain get away!

Honestly the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. In fact, we ordered the same mattress for us on the way home. Great communication with owner. If we had a question he answered right away. We will definitely go back and we highly recommend this place to everyone! Great stay! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Honeymoon

We wanted a nice peaceful place to relax with our pet after our wedding. This place was perfect for us. The view is amazing and wasnt difficult to get to with our stuff. Parking is a little bit tight but was fine. We cooked meals and only went out to eat a couple of times. Ww definitely would like yo stay again, maybe next year for our anniversary! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, it was perfect.

I wanted a rental unit with a great mountain view near the ski slopes. One that was well maintained and easy to care for.

What makes this property unique

My condo has a nice mountain view and is well furnished. There are no steps to get to the condo. A ramp takes you from the driveway to the front door. Ideal for those with mobility issues.
