This is a NON Smoking unit
Sleeps 4 1 king and 2 twin beds, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen all the comforts of home.
Come ski the powder keep in mind you must have 4 wheel drive, or snow tires or chains to safely get up and down the mountain.
Beech Mountain NC 2/2 condo. Near Grandfather Mountain and Tweetsie Railroad. Cable tv in every room.
Spend a few days, a week or a month.
At 5,506 ft in elevation and average snowfall of 80 inches along with exensive snow making that covers 100 % of ski terrain. At the entrance to Ski Beech in the winter walk to the lifts.

The property was clean and homey. The host was responsive to questions. The only suggestion I have is that the property listing needs a photo that shows the main entrance of the entire building. I didn't really know which building I was looking for other than the address.

Great location and pricepoint. Close to all the beautiful trails, activities and close to a great little town. Not far from other mountains with lots to do and explore. Loved all the wildlife ! Had a great trip !Comfortable bed & plenty of kitchen wares to prepare meals etc. Nice addition of games, books, etc & a cozy fireplace made for a fun stay. Easy check in & great communication with very pleasant host.

Nice place with great location

We enjoyed our stay at the Lyons Den and would come back. Great value and location, very clean and comfortable. Took just 45 seconds to drive from the condo to the Beech ski mountain parking lot entrance! Check in was easy and the host was responsive when I had any questions.

Affordable condo

We’ve stayed here several times in the past. Everything was in order as in the past. However, this time workers were there putting a whole new roof on the building. They ripped out insulation and boards to replace the complete roof. The banging started as early as 7-730 am and continued until 10 pm at night. We were gone during the day but it was very bothersome at night.

Cute and Cozy Condo

The condo was perfect for what we needed. Conveniently located with the slopes being an easy 15-20 minute walk and an easy drive to stores and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the place was super cozy. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend away!

Snowboarding at Beech Mountain

A nice, clean place. Bigger than I expected, with a large balcony and great view. It is within walking distance of the slopes (10 minutes), but it was more convenient to drive (about 2 minutes).

All around great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very immaculately clean. We were able to watch and feed the deer. And a nice, simple walk to the ski resort. The host was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely return for our next ski trip at beech.

First ski trip

Everything was as described. It was nice being close to the resort. Unfortunately the weather was not the best but the kids (20 & 17) did get to learn to ski. Stephen was quick to respond to any questions and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and great host

Steve was awesome! Very responsive. Property location is awesome. We always go ski to Becca Mountain on MLK and President’s day weekend. Stay local makes all the difference. The condo was very clean and very close to Beech ski resort. It’s close to the road but noise wasn’t an issue. We didn’t hear the neighbors either which is surprising in these unit. Top notch stay. Highly recommended.

Short Snowboarding Adventure for the boys

I took my teenage boys for a quick two day snowboarding trip. The Lyons condo was a great location to the Beech Mountian ski resort and Steve was a great host and quickly responded to any questions or concerns that we had. The boys not only love the location being as close to the mountain, but they also enjoyed the board games that were in the condo as well. They had all the great classics would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to be close to the mountain. We will definitely be renting here again.

Everything we needed

Lyons Den is walking distance to Beech Resort, which was perfect considering it was very popular this past wekeend. Lyons den had everything a traveler needed includinf cable tv, however if you plan on using streaming services, it would be easier to bring your own firestick/device as the tv uses a universal remote which made it hard to access streaming services Property had execelent heat options and bedding needs! Looking to biok again next year already!

Summer escape from Florida heat

Condo was very clean with basic accommodations. My husband and I are both 70 so we found the living room furniture somewhat uncomfortable. Bed was extremely comfortable. Wildlife all around was mountain was a delight to watch.
