Die Wohnung an sich hat alles was man braucht. Am Liebsten saßen auf dem großzügigen Balkon. Die Lage ist super, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Zum wunderschönen, feinsandigen Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten. Der Hafen mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Einziger Minuspunkt war für uns der Pool. Es handelt sich nicht, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben um einen Privatpool. Es ist ein Gemeinschaftspool, der von allen Menschen der Wohnresidenz genutzt wird. Das ist anscheinend in der Gegend üblich. Dann muss man dazu sagen, dass es keine Sonnenliegen gibt. Man muss sich auf den Boden legen oder man bringt sich selbst einen Stuhl mit. Es ist alles verboten. Kein Essen, kein Trinken, kein Badespielzeug, kein Hereinspringen! Ein Herr überwacht die Einhaltung der Regeln. Für mich dann fraglich, wo der Spaß bleibt. Die Kinder wollten unter diesen Bedingungen den Pool nicht nutzen. Wirklich schade!

La piscine est privé pour les résidents comme dans toutes les résidences. Non les chaises ou fauteuils ne sont pas fournis. Vous auriez dû me le demander je vous l aurais dis . M enlever 2 points pour ça c est pas sympa . Je vous ai offert une nuit et laisser partir plus tard que prévu . Personne ne s est jamais plein de la piscine . Désolé que ça ai gâché votre séjour . L’appartement de Nathalie est tout ce qu’il vous faut pour passer un beau séjour à Agde !Situé en face d’Aqualand, à 10mn à pied de la plage, 15 de l’île des loisirs et 20 du port et de ses restaurants, vous pourrez tout faire à pied une fois votre véhicule posé sur la place de parking réservée à l’appartement.L’appartement en lui même est parfaitement équipé pour n’avoir à emmener que le stricte nécessaire.Nous recommandons avec joie et serons ravis de revenir passer des vacances ici !

Appartement très bien situé proche de tout commerces, loisirs et plages et en prime la piscine. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. A recommander.
