We had a great stay, enjoyed lots of hikes, beautiful mornings and nights with the mountain views from the huge wraparound porch and travelled around to see local attractions. We were hoping to golf but found out we were too early as the course was not open. Don and staff were very accommodating! The local food was great!

A little bit of heaven!

The condo was spacious, well appointed and very clean. The views were breathtaking. If you're searching for peace, quiet and tranquility, this place is perfect. The host, Don, was very attentive and responsive. We will visit again.

Gorgeous and Comfortable

From start to finish and top to bottom, we loved our stay. It was scenic, peaceful, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend this property to anyone enjoying Timberon. If you have a special event, friends and family can book out every cabin and it's like a block party! 10/10

Nature lovers getaway

This cabin was the perfect place for my family over the Christmas holiday. So many hiking trails & natural formations so close! And the observatories at Sunspot were only 20 minutes away, Cloudcroft was a little less than an hour. Don and his son were also great & stayed in one of the condos on property. Timberon is a cool place & anyone looking to get away and unplug for a few days would enjoy it greatly!

Beautiful Mountain Getaway!

This place is even more beautiful in person. The Condo was perfect for our little getaway. It was extremely clean and decor and furnishings were perfect. The porch and deck were my favorite part. Lots of site seeing just from the deck and porch and gazing at the stars at night is a must! Property management was easily acessible and available if we had any questions. First time visiting Timberon but definately won't be the last! Highly recommend

Timberon, NM. The new Cloudcroft.

A pleasant, very calm and quiet stay. Everyone in town including the host are very friendly and will greet you (even the deer). The stars at night very nice to see. This is our first stay in Timberon, NM, only 30min from Cloudcroft, NM. If you are looking for a place with no traffic and get away from the busy city, this is the place. Recommend A, will stay again in the future. The host will make sure visitors are not missing anything, next to a golf course and a lake to fish, the big deck is nice for gatherings.

4th of July weekend stay at Timberon

I think we found our new getaway! I couldn't believe our luck that we found this so close to the holiday. Our condo was 2 floors, with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1.5 baths. They even had a washer and dryer. They think of every litte detail, down to a complementary bottle of wine. Wifi signal was great! If you into hiking this is a good spot for you. It was 10-15 minutes from the trails. We loved it!

Visita a la montaña Timberon

Es un lugar muy bonito y alejado, impresiona el silencio y la tranquilidad que se percibe, en el lugar hay de todo para cocinar, asadores y demás, a una hora hay sky, patinaje y restaurantes pero para desfrutar del bosque, solo lleva tu comida y un vehículo apropiado para la nieve en caso de ir en invierno. Regresaremos en primavera, creo que será muy buen destino.

Timberon Doesn’t Disappoint

The condos are super clean and have everything you need. I think all of the units available were rented out during our stay, but you won’t hear your neighbors while inside. The spaces are big enough outside to maintain your privacy, but we enjoyed visiting on the porch with the other guests and the owners & caretakers. Leave several hours free each day because you are going to want to sit on that porch during mornings, afternoons, and sunsets - it’s amazing and the view is stunning. We had a blast at the golf course, also. Everyone in town is friendly and committed to their community and taking care of each other - it was wonderful to experience.
