The very last of the apartments we have renovated. Very spacious with its 130m2, this triplex finds its cachet in the antique furniture, some of which have been restyled and married to others more recent.
Push the front door... you will be in the living space with the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. From here you will have direct access to a pretty little furnished terrace.
A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, tancarville and everything necessary for cleaning is on the same level.
Separate toilet.

Climb a few steps and you are on the 1st floor with a bird's eye view of the ground floor.
A bathroom with walk-in shower, sinks and toilet as well as a bedroom with 2 beds of 1m/1m that can be joined to offer a single or double bed.

A few more steps and you are on the top floor under the eaves.
A living room with a sofa and a futon can be used as an extra bed for 2 people (1.40m).
The first bedroom is composed of 2 beds of 80 cms that can be joined together to make a bed of 1.60m.
The second bedroom offers a double bed of 1.60m.
