The house was fine as long as you don’t mind being hot. They do not want you to set the thermostat lower than 72. Or the unit will freeze.Thermostats in the Summer should be able to accommodate lower than 72. 68 to 70 is generally what people keep their thermostat on. The thermostat went out on the second day. Causing the upstairs master to be 80. It still was not fixed during our stay. Thankfully, we only had our two children with us and we were able to sleep downstairs in the third bedroom.There also seems to be a lot of fees at checkout. For example, if the dishwasher is not emptied before leaving, there’s a 50 fee.

Nice townhouse!

Nice townhouse! Only negatives were bugs in the townhouse and too small garage to be able to open the doors and to unload. Daughter scraped car hood on the metal hooks that stuck out. However anytime in Topsail is a good time.
