Amazing time ! Darren was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for a family and had everything we needed. The location to the community pool was perfect for us with small kids. We also loved the nearby playground and the beach that was recommended in listing.

Family time

This place was wonderful for our family vacation. With three generations staying together, it provided the space for all of us to have privacy if we so wanted it. The owner was a delight to deal with. He answered any concerns promptly. It was within walking distance to some shops/restaurants. The Boardwalk was a solid 15/20 min walk but doable. The pool was conveniently located. The parking pass helped us. All in all, one of the nicest places we have stayed in.

Great property!

House was clean and great for multiple families staying together. Everyone had their own space and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Loved being in walking distance of all the shops and restaurants too! Would definitely stay again!

Great location for our family

This was our first stay in Rehoboth. We enjoyed the location of this home and the access to the community pool and playground. We followed the guidance of the host and found the beach that he recommended to be well suited to our multi-generational family.

Wonderful, Well-Stocked, Tons of Space!

We loved this townhouse for our group of 12. It had plenty of bedrooms, was the best stocked VRBO I've ever stayed at (in terms of amenities and kitchen supplies) and provided very easy access to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat--highly recommend!

Great place to say in Rehobeth

Absolutely great place to stay in Rehobeth. Right off Rehobeth Ave and close to everything. Place is very spacious, clean and updated appliances. Would highly recommend it for any larger group going to Rehobeth. We had 10 comfortably stay there and all loved it (4 teens along with both sets of grandparents).

Great house, Great location

This 4 level townhouse is a great place to stay while at Rehoboth Beach. Located centrally between the beach shops and all the other restaurants/shopping on Coastal Highway, it's easy to get places relatively quickly. Having four showers really comes in handy and the community pool is literally 100 ft from the front door. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, convenient home

Everything was great in the house. It was a perfect place for a family gathering and a very convenient base from which to go out to the various appointments we had for our grandson's wedding activities. Beautiful setting, close to town, not far from beach.

Great Beach Vacation

We had a lovely time in this townhouse property. The neighborhood is lovely, walking distance to shops and to the beach. The home was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. There is lots of space and we enjoyed the home and the pool. Our host provided great instructions and information on the area. We would definitely book this location again.

A great week at the beach!

We had 12 people (6 adults, 6 kids) spend a week and we all enjoyed ourselves! There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. It was also very close to everything we wanted to do! We greatly appreciated the parking passes for the beach and in town.

Great Place To Stay

We had two families staying (4 adults and 5 children). We had plenty of space and loved the proximity to the pool. The furnishings made it feel like home. The location to the town was a delightful 20 minute walk. The owners were very accommodating and the air-hockey table was a big hit. We would recommend this home to fellow renters.

A week at the beach

The property was very clean and well maintained. This not only included the residence but all the surrounding property. One of the best things about the home was it location. It was a reasonable walk to the beach and all the shopping and restaurants.

Amazing Rehoboth Townhome

We had an amazing stay at Darren’s property! The townhouse is huge with plenty of space for 3 families (6 adults and 4 young children). The house was clean and exactly as described in the listing . It was an easy walk to everything in Rehoboth. On future trips to Rehoboth, I will definitely be checking Darren’s availability!

Plenty of room for two families. We had a great time and the kids loved the pool. Darren was great with communication! The walk to the beach is a bit long for little ones so bring a stroller or wagon. The house was very clean.

Family Vacation 2020

We had a great time renting Darren's vacation home. The pool was the highlight of the trip for the kids and having a parking pass for the beach was awesome. Also, having reserved parking and guest parking was helpful. There was so much space in the property to easily accommodate all of us, 7 adults & 2 children. I would definitely recommend this property for families looking to stay in Rehoboth.

We are a family of seven. The owners, Darren and Halee, live in Indiana. We have a son, Tristan, who is 27, another son, Joshua, who is 20, and three daughters, Addie, who is 19, Elliana who is 8 and Ivoree, who is 6. For work, Darren and Halee are both owners of boutique Financial Management software consulting companies called IntelliPoint, Inc and Oracon, Inc. respectively. When we're not working, we enjoy spending time with the kids, our extended family, going for walks, running, biking, swimming and traveling.

Why they chose this property

Having grown up on Cape Cod, Darren LOVES the beach and wanted a place fairly close to home. Halee vacationed in Cocoa Beach, FL as a child and can't get enough of the surf either! Rehoboth offers everything we were looking for to enjoy a wonderful summer vacation, or an off season long weekend with still plenty to do.

What makes this property unique

Having previously live outside of DC, we fell in love with Rehoboth for weekends and vacations. With our home in Rehoboth Beach, we love being able to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We also enjoy the generous space of our condo beach home because it allows us to bring friends and family with us.
