*Please read full description PRIOR to booking - we know some of the info is boring but it is important info for you to know and we promise to keep it short*

In prime season - our weekly rental is Sunday to Sunday.
For Mini weeks in the summer, we also accept Sunday to Thursday and Thursday to Sunday with some limited exceptions. And minimal restrictions in the off-season!

***PLEASE NOTE***: WE DO NOT provide Sheets/Pillowcases, Towels (Beach or Bath), paper and plastic products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), or hygiene products (soap, shampoo, etc.) but we do have beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, and beach toys, available for your use (as well as a pack n play for your little one)!
There are several local companies that provide sheet and linen rentals and we provide their contact information in our General Information Guide upon booking or upon request.

Welcome to 20585 Quillen Rd in Rehoboth Beach, DE, the perfect destination for your next beach getaway, Situated on a quiet street just 9 blocks from the Rehoboth Beach attractions as well as Dewey Beach. This single-family home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and is less than 1 mile from the beach, making it an ideal location for a fun-filled and relaxing vacation.

Enter through the welcoming front porch into the light filled foyer, you'll be flanked by the dining room on the left and game room on the right. Game room includes Pac-man video game, Xbox, Atari, board games and puzzles, as well as a separate place for kids to watch movies!! As you continue in, you’ll be greeted by an open and spacious living area with plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and granite countertops is perfect for preparing delicious meals and snacks for your family and friends and includes an island with seating for 4.

The Kitchen opens to a back sunroom/sitting room perfect for playing cards with friends or enjoying your morning paper. The sitting room and living room lead to an outdoor space that is just as inviting as the indoor space, with a screened porch and a spacious patio for enjoying the warm sunshine and cool ocean breeze. There is a gas grill on the patio, perfect for preparing your favorite barbecue meals while spending time with your loved ones. After dinner, enjoy a drink on the screened porch or fire up the solo stove! Storage shed located in the back yard offers bikes, beach chairs and beach toys all for your enjoyment. We provide cornhole boards and Pickleball racquets and balls as well as footballs and basketballs. (4 brand new pickleball courts are located directly across rt 1 at Rehoboth Elementary School as well as basketball courts).

The property features four cozy bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub, a private sitting area, and a private balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding area. Bedrooms two and three share a jack and jill bathroom with bedroom 2 offering 2 twin beds, and bedroom 3 offering a bunk bed with twin over double. Bedroom four has its own ensuite bathroom with shower and offers a king-sized bed.

This community has easy access to Thompson Island State Park. Walk or bike to Dewey and Rehoboth beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Enjoy all that the area has to offer including world renowned outlet shopping, an endless selection of restaurants, biking, hiking, and running trails, as well as multiple award winning breweries. The only thing that was a little misleading was the location, it is not a good walking distance to the boardwalk if you have strollers and babies but the drive is quick if you’re okay with that. Dan always responded quickly to my questions. This is the second time we have stayed at Quillen Drive in Rehobeth for a girls trip. We had a fantastic stay at this beach house with our whole family! What we love about Dewey: We love the beach. We love the restaurant and bar scene. We love the proximity to Rehoboth and Bethany but love being away from the crowd. We love that the town is kid friendly and pet friendly. And we love the people.

Favorite Restaurants: Gary's Dewey Beach Grill, Starboard Raw, and Dewey Beer Company.

Favorite Treat: Vanderwende's Ice Cream

Favorite Activities: Family movie night and bonfire's on the beach. Concerts at the Bottle and Cork. Visiting the local breweries. Hanging on the beach with friends and family.

Why they chose this property

Plenty of space to spread out. Newer construction provides a very comfortable place to stay. Close enough to the beach but without the premium prices. Great access to all Rehoboth has to offer.
