We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The 9th arrondissement benefits, first of all, from an exceptional cultural offer. Between the Museum of Romantic Life, the Gustave Moreau Museum, and the Grévin Wax Museum. Come also to admire the architecture of the Opera Garnier and the Trinity Church.

You can also enjoy yourself in one of the many places of entertainment that make the district charming, such as the Folies Bergères, the Palace, the Grande Comédie, or the Olympia for music lovers. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
