L’appartement est joliment décoré et très lumineux. J’ai grandi dans le 15ᵉ arrondissement, un quartier que j’apprécie beaucoup pour ses nombreux commerces et son atmosphère agréable. La ligne 8 du métro permet de rejoindre le centre de Paris en une vingtaine de minutes, ce qui est très pratique.Nous y avons séjourné en décembre, lors d’un épisode de froid peu commun, et l’appartement s’est révélé difficile à chauffer : 2 des 3 radiateurs ne chauffaient pas, ce qui a rendu le logement frais. Par ailleurs, l’isolation phonique est très limitée : les bruits des appartements voisin (déplacements, sanitaires, conversations) étaient facilement perceptibles, ce qui peut être gênant pour les personnes sensibles au calme.
