Recently renovated and all comfort: A/C, ceiling fans, wifi, tv, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, microwave, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), etc.
Crossing appartment, south and north orientation, and well ventilated. It is a 3rd floor without elevator.
Close to all kinds of establishments and free parking on the street.
