🏛 Our loft is an apartment of up to 6 people on the first floor of an elegant and historical 18th-century building that has been finely restored recently: even if it is not equipped with an elevator, you won’t face any problem, and you just need to take just a few steps. It is finely furnished and just a few steps from the Trevi Fountain, and lots of Traditional and well-known bars and restaurants in the heart of Rome.

 You will find a modern and equipped kitchen with all the tools you need for cooking and accessories to organize a romantic dinner. Also, you can find a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, nice dishes, glasses, coffee maker, and washing machine there. It is also equipped with a big enough table that can comfortably accommodate 6 people simultaneously; Relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in a beautiful and lenitive balcony surrounded by plants and flowers while relaxing at home!

 The apartment has 2 double bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms; one has a large bathroom with a jacuzzi inside, and the other has its bathroom next to the door.
 Both bathrooms are properly tiled and equipped with a new and comfortable shower, bidet, hairdryer, towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
 You will find big wardrobes in each room, where you can hang your clothes and store your suitcases.
 The apartment is intimate and collected, ideal for a romantic trip, with a special experience of living in an old-fashioned style but modern and beautiful house in Rome's ancient city, and perfect for a business trip. You can do smart work in a silent and private place and have everything you need to work remotely.
