The flat is located close to public transport.
There is a shopping centre 300 m from the building for everyday shopping.

## Emplacement
The 13th arrondissement of Paris is best known for its Asian quarter, where many Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodians and Laotians met. The northern part of the arrondissement is more "classic" and includes important institutions such as the Bibliothèque nationale de France and the district of the Olympiades. It also has the advantage of being close to the Gare Montparnasse known for being surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops.
