Hosted by Sam Hilton
We are local to the Oxford area and parents of a former Miami student. We saw a need for short-term housing for parents and family to visit their students or for families coming to town for various sporting, recreational or other events. Hearing the great times our guests have while staying or getting to hear their stories have provided much more enjoyment than we ever anticipated.
Why they chose this property
Location and pricing. With so much of the small college town developed for student housing, it is difficult to find short-term hosting that is conveniently located near campus and shopping. Also, we try and keep our pricing affordable compared to other hosts in the area and monitor the average rates in the area.
