Very hard to communicate with. Trouble checking in. Was given an ASAP order to come get us into the room. After a hour and half, I got the door open. Called and let them know. They were still going to send out tech to change batteries in door. NEVER showed up or called. Every night, people near us never respected quiet time. Condo was great.

Excellent Stay

The Area was very nice, The Room was very nice and clean, our view was sooo lovely overlooking the Beach and Pool. The beds were comfy and we definitely enjoyed our stay

Home away from Home

Very comfortable cozy condo! Clean! Neat! Check in and out process was a breeze! Communication was on point before during and after! The location is the best right on the beach and conveniently close to everything! Will definitely be visiting again real soon!

Beautiful Condo Great Views!

We stayed with two adult children. Everyone had their own space. Bedrooms are huge and each one has a door to balcony. Kitchen very well equipped.

Perfect Mini Vacation

Great property to stay at. Condo was nice and clean and just like the pictures. Had a minor hiccup with a parking pass but it was handled in a matter of minutes by RealJoy Vacations. Could not ask for better customer service. Highly recommend staying at this property. Will be back next year!

The room appeared very clean and nicely decorated. The check in process was great. The problems with the room were: it took until the end of the 3rd day to get the needed remote to the tv. We always watch movies as a family late at night while on vacation. We contacted the host twice about the tv. We got the remote at the end of the 3rd day. The hot water in the master bedroom was an issue multiple times. We had to share showers for this reason. The 2nd Master with the private balcony over the pool, has no noise barriors. Noise from the pool made it very hard to sleep. The owner has a high velocity noise fan placed beside the bed. I am assuming this is the reason. The 3rd bedroom with the two beds is very hot. There is a box fan in this room, but it is hard to sleep when it is that warm. The washer doesn't work. This was reported to the host with no call back from them. I took a load of dripping wet clothes home in a trash bag. I feel as though some of these issues had to be known prior to us renting the room. These rooms aren't cheap & certain accommodations are expected when paying for a vacation. Small things are important on a vacation with 7 people & a 2 year old.

Blown away by the amazing this

This place blew me away. It was so amazing that words cannot describe it. If it was fully furnished, had everything you need in the kitchen. Clean. I give it 100 out of 10.

Condo was really nice!

Very clean, great location. One of the air units wasn't working when we got there. The maintenance personnel was great. The guy came at 1:30 in the morning to check the unit, and the repair guy was there the next morning to fix the issue, and we had no problems after that. Overall was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Long Beach vacation June 2022

We had a great stay at our vacation at Long Beach Resort. Our unit was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in.. Lots of room and seats for all. Even the floors were clean - the condo had a little bit of everything you need. We would definitely stay here again. Being on the 2nd floor, sometimes the people in the pool below could be loud at bedtime in the room next to it. Other than that it was great, you were only on the 2nd floor and could take the stairs and avoid the elevators if needed too

Beach Getaway

We were happy with the unit in which we stayed. It easily accommodated our party of 6. There were 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and another room with 2 queen beds. The unit was nicely decorated for a beachy feel. There were several remote controls for the TVs which confused us a little, but we got our TVs working. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items we needed. There was a crock pot, pots and pans, and all the utensils we needed. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

The washer did not spin the clothes dry and the light in the master bath blinks but they sent someone to look at them when we called. Offered laundry service for free. Could not fix during our stay. These did not keep it from being a wonderful condo.

PCB Family Spring Break

Overall, we had a great stay in this condo: Pros: Parking View (amazing) Easy access to beach and showers to rinse off before heading back to condo Convenience to pool/bar Awesome walk in showers in 2 bedrooms Furnished Balcony Kitchen with all you need to cook for the week 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms TV’s in all rooms Nice washer and dryer Cons: Unit is on 2nd floor so you will hear those hanging at the pool/spa - we had a few loud nights Beds are really soft, so if you like a firm mattress, sleep may not be comfortable Bath towels are small and don’t cover your body if you’re an adult Bedding could use an update The cons would not sway me from staying here again. I truly enjoy Long Beach resort. We have stayed here a few times now and the resort is one of convenience especially for those with kids that will be using the pool/s often and going back and forth from condo and the beach.

GOOD-THE DETAILS MATTER

First and foremost, the place was comfortable with outstanding views. And the management was very good. The gentleman arrived 15 minutes after I called to repair a cabinet piece that fell off. The only negatives were: The counter ice maker was dirty and we didn’t use it. There were some handles missing off the furniture. One of the arm chairs in the Living area has one arm rest broken. The sliding door was extremely difficult to open. The front door and both balcony doors need painting. Overall, I give the unit 4.5 stars.

If I could leave 10 stars, I would- kudos to the cleaning staff and owners; this place was spotless and better than the pictures- and the pictures are gooood. Everyone raved about how comfy the beds were; the kitchen offers so much, not to mention all the beach toys and laundry-room options. The appliances aren't dated; the balcony and view are ridiculous and private. My only complaint is we only had 5 nights here. It was everything and more to our family. Thank you for being such pros and understanding what's important; we will be back and book here and only here... until eternity LOL- so grateful to you all!kg and family

Fall Break

I have stayed at Long Beach for years. It’s my favorite place! Parking and check in is easy . Condo was clean and comfortable. Patio needs a good power washing and good sweep between renters. PCB is always beautiful !

Our stay was very good, we did have a little trouble getting a door code.

Also the thermostat must be controlled by the owner or someone from there phone, it worked but we had set the temp several times a day.

Great location with great view

Great location! The condo itself was ok! The balcony’s could use a really good cleaning as well as updated patio furniture! The only negative was at check in when the gentleman cleaning the unit was still there at arrival! We couldn’t settle in til almost 5:00! Overall it was a good place to stay convenient to stores and restaurants!
