Summer rentals are 7 night minimum only from July to Mid September Saturday to Saturday stays only. Bed sheet linens only included for 7 nights or more stays. Outside of summer rentals you must bring your own sheets and pillowcases; blankets and pillows are provided.

This is a great property to stay in while in Seaside Heights. It’s close to everything: the north end of the boardwalk and beach is a block and a half away (5-7 minute walk), CVS, brewery, places to eat, water park, mini golf and amusement park are within walking distance. The house has a well-stocked kitchen and beach gear, even beach badges for the week! It was nice to lounge and read on the balconies and the rooftop deck which has a view of the Ferris wheel on the boardwalk where we saw fireworks on Wednesdays in the summer. The hot tub is a nice feature for those looking to unwind after a day of activities. The homeowner was easy to work and communicate with. Thank you!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was extremely clean, and Beautifully decorated. Everyone who slept in the bedroom downstairs said that they had the best nights sleep ever!!! The communication with the host was effortless. And the location is great close to the beach and boardwalk. We will absolutely be back next year. You will not be disappointed when you walk inside and see the beautiful home that you get to enjoy for the week. Thank you for sharing your home with us for the week!!!!

The property is attractive with many bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen. Interior living areas were well appointed and nicely furnished. Hot tub had heating issues for three days of our stay.One bedroom had dirty sheets on the bed. The queen size bed was not usable. The frame is terrible and our adult kids had to sleep in a different room. Bed frame made horrible noises and the bed was uncomfortable.There is a major issue with pigeon feces on alll three decks. The owner sent her son over to power wash and he only did the exposed areas . We could not use the main upper deck because it was covered with pigeon poop. He didn’t move the furniture. This is obviously difficult to control but was a bummer for us in the evening when we wanted to use the hot tub. The owner was responsive to our late request to bring a small dog. She understood our daughter’s dog care person canceled a few days before our visit. We were appreciative of her agreeing to let us bring the dog. The day before our visit she informed us it would be another 500. for the dog. We would have appreciated being told that upfront and not at the last minute. Everything else about the house was fine and as described in on the site. It is close to the beach and

Please see all other reviews of this wonderful property. We have a professional linen service that drops off all freshly laundered sheets for every 7 night booking. We take complaints about our property seriously and immediately came and checked on any pigeon debris, power washing the same day as a courtesy despite a very minimal and normal amount of droppings for a rooftop beach property. Our policy is strictly not to allow dogs and unfortunately we made an exception for this guest. Not having a standard pet fee we charged what we felt was fair having only being asked to bring his dog only 9 days before his arrival. We have had absolutely no issue with any bed in the house and in fact had a rave review from a tenant just before him saying the downstairs bed was so amazing they had the best night sleep in it. Not a single other renter before or now 3 after have complained about the bed being an issue. We personally checked it ourselves right after he wrote the review and couldn’t find any issue. I asked for clarification on what the issue was and he never responded. Some people no matter what you do will never be happy. We take pride in our home and as many other reviews note, we have always been very responsive and offer high quality features and amenities that are kept in good working order and condition.

Great stay!

We had a great stay with our adult kids and grandkids. There is so much to do with the boardwalk, restaurants, and the beach was so nice and clean. We went towards the afternoon and stayed later when the beach would clear out. The kids had a ball. Thank you Michelle for a wonderful week! We would love to stay again!

BEACH WEEKEND

We were there for Memorial day weekend. The house is great, tons of room and so relaxing. Everyone had a great time and absolutely loved the rooftop lounge area. Our teeneagers loved the hottub and only a short walk to the boardwalk and the beach. It was nice to come onto the boardwalk right at the beginning, no crowds and quiet. Would certainly come back and definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful home and perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay. The home is stylish, clean, and very spacious. The location is perfect for access to the beach and start of the boardwalk. No need to drive anywhere. Plenty of beach chairs and badges. Hot tub was huge hit for our teen boys. We loved everything about our stay and would highly recommended.

Short but Sweet

Property was very nice. The hot tub on a cool day was relaxing. I stayed with 2 teens (14 yr olds). They enjoyed their time hanging out on the rooftop deck with the hot tub. About a block to the beach. Ten minute walk to Casino Pier.We stayed 4 nights. Would stay again.

Beautiful, Relaxing, Spacious

This house is wonderfully spacious and within walking distance of the boardwalk and a grocery and liquor store. We visited in the off season, so we were able to spend most of the time relaxing in the hot tub and cooking in the large kitchen. The open sitting area was perfect for a relaxed birthday celebration with a few adults. On site washer and dryer was definitely a bonus, beds were so large and comfortable. Wonderful experience!

Great house. Great location.

This was a very nice property. Clean, beautifully decorated. No need to bring linens, beach towels or beach chairs, which was great- less to pack!. Spacious rooms. Plenty of room for all. Loved the rooftop hot tub. Great proximity to Acme and CVS, and more importantly the beach and boardwalk. Michelle was a wonderful host. Would recommend this property to others and would stay again.

We are a family of 6 with 4 kids involved in softball, baseball, and cheerleading. Needless to say getting to the beach regularly is a challenge. Please enjoy our home during the times we are off at sporting events and unable to get to use it! We absolutely love everything about this house!

The large main roofdeck and certainly the hot tub on the roof is not commonly found in shore rentals. This is a one of a kind house fit for those who love to entertain and have the beach, restaurants, food stores, CVS, and liquor stores at their fingertips.
