Beach Escape is located on the second floor and is a 2br/1.5 ba beach condo is as just a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

The Condo is a small private condominium with only 6 units. It has a Private Pool for use by Condo Owners and Guests.

The condo has carpet everywhere except the bathroom and kitchen. There is complimentary Wi-Fi internet access and even a washer/dryer so you can pack light.

The kitchen is fully furnished and has a full size refrigerator so you can dine in. You will enjoy eating meals on the balcony. This unit features tile floors in all of the rooms except for the bedrooms for a very clean feel.

Great place

Cynthia was very responsive in a timely matter and the property was awesome. Nieghbors where great and the condo is located on a not so busy road which is perfect. Beach is accross the street within walking distance. We had a great experience.

Great Getaway

Great location for a quick long weekend getaway. Cynthia was very helpful not only with the condo but also great recommendations of places to eat in the area. Condo was in a great location within walking distance to many places.

Great Location

We had a relaxing stay and Cynthia was great in helping with requests. Location has close access to the beach and the onsite pool is a big plus. Residents were very friendly and restaurants are within walking distance.

Nice but could be better

Facilities are nice. Good location. Nice pool that is hardly used by any other tenants as they are year round tenants. Some items could use updates. (furniture is hard, lamps need shades and switches) Lots of issues with the tv, once I figured out how it worked it is all on demand and pay apps so we didn't have many options. It actually went out completely on our third day and could not be repaired so we received a small credit. No dvd player or games on site so that could be added. We did see a few bugs (roaches) at night, that's annoying but common in Florida. Overall a good stay, not great but good.
