We are excited to introduce Aspen Dreams! This lovely home has just been renovated, and is now available to you! Incredible views of Pikes Peak and other mountain ranges. The lot is filled with fibrant aspen trees! Many decks to sit out and enjoy! Avery central location - National forest a few miles North, Cripple Creek and all there is to do there - ie 7 Miles South, or head back west 10 miles to Manitou Springs, and Colorado Springs, or keeping heading west to Eleven Mile Reservoir etc



The Space:

This home, nestled amongst the quaking aspen trees, sits in the community of Divide, just 27 miles from Colorado Springs. The property is just over 2 acres, and offers a private mountain retreat while allowing easy access to the many wonderful activities that the Pikes Peak Region has to offer,



As you enter the home, you will find the kitchen, dining area, living area, 2 bedrooms, and a full bath all on the main floor. The master suite is situated upstairs, with an en suite bath and private deck. The lower level features a family room. and a game room.This spacious home can comfortably accommodate 7 guests.



The multiple decks set the stage to take in some of Colorado's legendary sunsets over the Continental Divide and Pikes Peak. The cabin is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway!
