In the commune of Praz-sur-Arly, we offer this charming 20 m² studio apartment with a mountain view, within walking distance of the ski resort, ideal for 2 travellers or 2 adults with children. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a shower room. We're waiting for you!

The apartment comprises
- A 15 m² living room with a foldaway double bed (120×190) that can be raised to the ceiling to save space and make the sofa usable. The bed can be raised and lowered manually, and is accessed by two steps on the side. The bed is secured by a barrier to prevent falls. Two people are required to handle the bed.
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc.
- A bedroom area with a double bed (140×190) and blinds for added privacy.
- Shower
- Separate WC

Outside :
- A 6 m² balcony, with furniture to make the most of fine weather
- A ski locker in the basement, identified by a "Espace Diamand" label on the door.

The apartment is ideally located in Praz-sur-Arly, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities :
Praz sur Arly is an ideal destination for a variety of pleasures and landscapes, with 192 km of slopes.
In summer, there's plenty to do (hiking, mountain biking, leisure center with swimming lake, aquapark and tree climbing, tennis, children's playground, farm visits....).
In winter, the family resort dresses up in white and festive attire with a wide range of activities, starting with skiing and other board sports at the gates of Espace Diamant. This ski area links 6 resorts and offers 192 km of pistes!
Praz-sur-Arly has become famous for its Montgolfiades hot-air balloon flights. It is a major base for mountain aerostation. Flying over Mont Blanc is an exceptional privilege.
In the evening, you can also enjoy a wide range of bars and restaurants.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot outside the apartment.

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Sallanches 18 km (approx. 30 min. by car)
- Nearest airport: Geneva 92 km (approx. 1h10 by car)
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.

Other remarks:
- If you don't want to use the pull-out bed, the sofa converts into a double bed.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
