Adorable 3 bed, 2 bath Cottage in Glynn Haven SD

Welcome to The Squeezebox!

If you are a fan of "The Who", you will definitely understand! For being a small cottage, this home sure does live LARGE. Newly painted and remodeled, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage can accommodate 6 comfortably.

An opened-up kitchen, dining room and family room make this end of the house the place to hang out and watch the big game or a movie! The dining room seats 6 and a fully stocked kitchen awaits you.

The master bedroom has a king bed and newly remodeled en-suite with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom comes with a queen bed, plenty of storage and a cozy reading chair. The third bedroom has two extra-long twins beds, a computer desk and chair. Those two bedrooms share the hall bathroom.

Enjoy the side patio with a gas grill and table seating for six while entertaining outdoors, or enjoy your privacy in the secluded, fully fenced-in back yard with its extensive professional landscaping including Olive trees, palms and ferns.

Several delightful restaurants and cafes are within a few blocks of the home. Harris Teeter (grocery), a variety of shops and a movie theater are less than a mile away. Play a round of golf at the Sea Palms golf course, also less than a mile away. Drive down Frederica Road with its' beautiful live oaks and Spanish moss canopy on your way to the beach (approximately 4 miles away). The St. Simons village, pier and Lighthouse are also just minutes away.

The Squeezebox is exactly as described! The kitchen is well stocked if you are planning on eating in during your stay. The house was very clean and comfortable during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location at a perfect price. Close to downtown in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house was very clean and very well decorated. Just minutes away from the pier and the lighthouse. Was able to get on our bike and ride to several locations. I am very glad we chose the "Squeeze box".

Wonderful cottage

It was a lovely cottage. Just as describe. You felt like you were at home. We stayed there wit our daughter, her husband and their two boys, 10 and 7. The managers were very helpful with any questions we had We will be back again next year!

Family visit to St. Simons Island

The Squeezebox is a very cute cottage that is spotless, well appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of room. The fenced-in back yard was great for our little dog, and the location mid-island was perfect for our needs. We walked to restaurants and shops and enjoyed our visit to the fort and found the beach and lighthouse. The house is very cute and has touches of whimsy in each room. We will definitely be back!

Very cute, easy access, great location. Very cute and clean, except it’s obvious a dog lives there and it’s pet friendly. Dog smell…dog hair on furniture and blankets. Otherwise it was very nice. Thank you!

The house itself is so cozy and spacious and looks newly renovated. The layout is perfect to make sure no matter if you are in the kitchen, at the table or in the living room, you are still able to feel like you are spending time together since the space is so open. We had all the extra complimentary necessities that we needed. The couches and beds were very comfortable. It is located very close to the main hub of the beach and we enjoyed being able to come and go as we pleased being so close. I didn't even realize the theme "squeezebox" came about in dedication to the owner's Mother, and it made it that much more special to be there for Mother's Day. I genuinely have no complaints to add. I would 100% book here again and will recommend this spot to anyone looking to book in this area.
