Just 20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, this charming house with a south-facing terrace is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing and shopping.

Located on a quiet and safe street and close to all public transportation (tramway, bus, train, and electric vehicle rentals), you can easily reach all of Paris’s iconic landmarks in around 30 minutes or less, including the Louvre Museum, Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Champs-Élysées, Sacré-Cœur and Montmartre, and the Palace of Versailles.

This lovely home is ideal for families or larger groups.

Welcoming and relaxed stay

We enjoyed the peaceful sorroundings and feel right from the moment we enter the door. The house was clean and updated. It has everything we need and was comfortable for our group of 10 people. The owner was accommodating and extended to us his warmest hospitality.

Beautiful vacation home

We loved our stay at this home. There were 10 of us and enough beds for all. Close to bus, train and tram to get around Paris. Grocery stores within a 10 min walk. Local restaurants, bakeries, banks and vegetable/fruit stands. We were able to cook and bbq several meals. Beautiful quiet neighborhood and we would happily stay they again.

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which is great for relaxation. However, getting into central Paris frequently may be a bit challenging without a car or detailed transit planning. Also, the level of instructions and oversight from the host felt a bit more involved than expected.
