Charmante Bastide au Calme Absolu, à 10 mn du Centre D'aix en Provence

The main house is 210m² and consists of an entrance, a large living room of 80m² open to a dining room of 20m² and then a large kitchen of 35m² and a toilet. There are two large terraces on the kitchen side and on the living room side. Upstairs, 3 beautiful bedrooms, one of which is very large of 50m² with its private bathroom + toilet, one of 25m² and another of 20m². These last 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with WC.
The bedding is either new - master bedroom, 180x200, bedroom of 20m² bed 140x200), studio sofa bed 140x200, or in very good condition (bedroom of 25m² bed 160x200).PGJyPg
You can have breakfast in the sun on the terrace located to the east near the kitchen and enjoy the terrace located to the south, in the shade of plane trees for lunch and dinner facing the sunset in the evening.
We have a charcoal barbecue and a plancha.

We have an outbuilding of 40m² in the garden (the studio), which serves as my office (I am a therapist), in which we have put a very good quality, new and comfortable sofa bed. This outbuilding also benefits from a kitchen and a shower room + WC and a terrace that overlooks the garden. The studio being close to the swimming pool, you can store cold drinks for an aperitif by (or even better in) the pool.

We have garden furniture on the large shaded terrace and another garden furniture on the terrace in front of the kitchen. 2 very pleasant places to read or chat.

The house is built on a plot of 2000m². The swimming pool is an Aix swimming pool, great for swimming or taking a dip for hours. The water has a divine temperature in summer.

The house is located on the Puyricard plateau, a very popular area of Aix en Provence, in the middle of nature, in absolute calm and only 10 minutes by car from the historic centre of Aix, Pasteur car park (and 5 minutes from the 1st sign Aix en Provence).
You can take long walks from the house on foot, go for a coffee in the village of Puyricard, 3 minutes away by car, enjoy the local products at the puyricard market on Friday mornings.
The region is full of treasures. Aix en Provence is 10 minutes away. Château La Coste, its park dotted with works of art and its restaurants are 15 minutes away. 30 minutes away: The sublime Ste Victoire mountain (you can see it in winter from the house), as well as the Calanques de Cassis and the Côte Bleue and the Roque d'Antheron and its Piano Festival. 40 minutes away the old Port of Marseille and the Mucem. 1 hour away: The Rencontres de la Photographie d'Arles, as well as Gordes, Les Baux de Provence, St Rémy de Provence, the Alpilles. 1h30 : St Tropez, the boat that leads to the Porquerolles Islands, etc...

We love our house and we have taken great care of the decoration. It is very pleasant to live in, very warm. I hope that you will be as happy as we are, and that you will know how to take care of our little nest.
