Fully updated and stylishly furnished 3/1 close to all the action downtown st Pete has to offer! The house is in one of St. Pete's most ideal neighborhoods, due to it's safety, quaintness and close proximity to the bay and downtown. For beach days, it's less than a 20 minute drive. Indoors, enjoy a clean, comfortable and restful place, stylishly decorated and tastefully updated, including eco friendly bamboo flooring, granite counters, and a modern bathroom. Outdoors, enjoy the huge backyard with oversized deck, fire pit, overhead cafe lights, plenty of room for outdoor activities, and features a gorgeous historic Grand Live Oak shade tree canopying the yard keeping you cool. The house is right on the bike lane that takes you to the waterfront path to downtown. There is a garage for storing bikes/kayaks etc. The house sits on a quarter acre lot subdivided into two lots. The side lot is privately fenced with a separate entrance to a small guest house being built where the host will be living . Convenient if anything is needed, otherwise enjoy full privacy in the main house and main yard. Enjoy The Burg!

Hip Home in a Cute Neighborhood!

My husband, my 4 year-old daughter and myself stayed in Chad's lovely home for close to 3 months. This is probably the most well-appointed home we've ever stayed in and we've stayed in TONS of rental properties. The house is even better than described and the backyard is incredible. Chad goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Splendid place to stay in St. Petersburg

Our family stayed here while in St. Petersburg for a swim meet that was held at the North Shore Aquatic Complex. We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. Chad was very prompt in answering questions prior to our stay and was accurate in terms of the driving time from the property to the swim complex. He had basic amenities like hand soaps, paper towels, and so on, for us when we arrived, which was a huge help, as we could not get to the store until later in the evening. We felt safe and comfortable in the home, and definitely enjoyed the deck in the back. The home is about 30 minutes from the Gulf Coast beaches as well. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Christmas in St Pete

We had a wonderful visit over the Christmas holiday and Chad’s was the ideal place to stay. We enjoyed the outdoor space, hosted a family fire night, and had ample room in the kitchen for holiday cooking preparations. The location is excellent for access to downtown shopping or jumping on the highway for beaches or Tampa. Very quiet neighborhood that was family friendly. I’d highly recommend a stay at Chad’s Magnolia Heights home.

Overall great experience!

This house and property is absolutely beautiful and a perfect St. Pete location. I believe that the property host is equally as important as the property when it comes to booking a stay and I cannot say enough good things about Chad! My friends and I had such a good time and if you're considering booking I would recommend it to anyone I know :)

Perfect stay!!!

I just checked out of this place after an impromptu weekend in St Pete. The house is charming, comfortable and very well appointed. The backyard is incredible, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds are super clean/comfy. I would highly recommend this booking this place to anyone!

Hey thanks for checking out my property! I'm a Canadian born travel enthusiast, feeling fortunate to be living in the fantastic city of St.Petersburg, FL for the last 7 years. I have travelled extensively, enjoying numerous short term and vacation properties along the way. During these travels and various stays, I learned what was important, such as friendly and accommodating hosts, cleanliness and comfort, tasteful/stylish furniture, updates and finishings, and of course location! I have focused on these factors with my own property as I know first hand the importance of them! The awesomeness of St. Pete sells itself, but having a fantastic place to stay during your time here makes all the difference!

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property with the plan of converting it to a St. Pete stand-out short term/vacation rental due to it's incredible location, and huge lot size allowing me to partition it into 2 separate, completely private yards. The smaller yard off to the side is having a small guest house being built on it, which I will be living in between my travels. This will be completed by the end of November. I highly value privacy for my guests and for myself, and the unique lot size and layout has allowed me to do this as if it's no different than having a next door neighbor, with the main house maintaining a large private yard of its own. I'm all about keeping a fully welcoming, inclusive and positive vibe on the property, the St. Pete way!
