The house was lovely! The weather wasn’t the best for using the pool but had a great time just enjoying the sunshine in the outdoor area! The fresh flowers were such a sweet surprise!
Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, outside area is a sanctuary- peaceful and private. Only minor issue was communication on jacuzzi, but the owner was responsive. Great location!
Our family of 5 (3 children under 6) stayed for 5 nights and the entire family loved it. The entire property was extremely clean. The pool was spotless and warm and the entire back yard area was the perfect oasis. None of us were ready to leave but we will definitely be back.
Our own little oasis in the backyard with pool, hot tub & tranquility garden! Peaceful & pleasant! Lovely home with all the amenities we could need! Clean & nicely decorated! Host was responsive with questions! We hope to stay here again!
The house is on a very quiet cul-de-sac street and close to everything. We really enjoyed the peaceful yard and used the pool, hot tub and grill everyday. The house was very clean, updated and comfortable. We had a really nice time and would stay again!
Cute house that worked out for friends & I for the weekend & only 18 minute car ride to downtown St. Petersburg. The host was very friendly & responsive as well
Having the furnace we could adjust the heat was helpful, as there were a few chilly nights. VERY quiet neighborhood. Overall would return to the same house.
Beautiful water feature in the backayrd. The pool and the jacuzzi worked well for us. The temperature of the pool is perfect. We willl book again on our next trip.
This property was exactly as advertised. The rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the backyard and pool were a true oasis. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The location was great for us to easily get to the places we wanted to visit, including Fort DeSoto, Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. Communication with the property manager was very quick and easy. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in the area!
The pool and backyard were very nice! the pool was not super warm but loved that it also had a hot tub. it was a very quiet neighborhood and you could tell this house was definitely one of the nicest houses on the street.
it was super close to the beaches and only a short distance to shopping areas.
the kitchen had limited utensils for cooking but we made it work.
Plenty of bedroom space for 6 adults but the living room was a little cramped if we were all in it at the same time.
Overall, great place for a relaxing vacation.
The property was clean and looked the same as the online listing. Convenient to downtown St Pete
The house was nice and had plenty of space for everyone. The backyard included a built in grilling station and smoker. We didn’t use them but it would be great if you wanted to just hang out by the pool all day and then grill out later. The beds were all comfortable and had plenty of extra bedding in the closets. Overall we had a great stay and would stay at this house again in the future.
The house is just as pictured and is well stocked for all basic needs. We loved the backyard, pool, and the privacy given by the trees and garden. The leaves blow into the pool some, but that cannot be helped. The street was quiet and safe. We especially liked being able to park in the garage. The house was located so that we were 20 minutes to the beach. We were able to drive to many different beaches and areas easily. Great house!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house is centrally located between Clearwater and St. Pete. We found it easy to get around and was near Target and Publix. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions. The only drawback was that the house was lacking kitchen supplies. We were told that we should have asked and the supplies would have been provided. The heated pool was very nice but it did get dirty from the landscaping. Overall our experience was good!!
Damage from Hurricane Helene caused owners of rental #1 in St. Pete to quickly let us know they'd be unable to host and immediately, without question, refunded the full amount we had paid them.
We then arranged for this rental. Along comes Milton wreaking more havoc. Due to storm damage, the property manager advised that they would be unable to host. The BIG difference in this scenario is that they then refused to cooperate regarding a refund. When we inquired as to when we might expect our money back, they referred us to Vrbo and didn't answer follow-up emails.
Had to jump through hoops to get our $6K back, ultimately getting Vrbo directly involved. Finally got a full refund owing to the helpful representative from Vrbo who contacted the manager directly.
Shame on the manager of this property for trying to take advantage during a weather-related state of emergency.
Although we never actually stayed at this property, we would not recommend renting through these people for the reasons outlined above.
Star-rating requirements forced us to assign stars even though we never stayed at the property.
The house was described well, however, the front doorknob is falling off & the pool was not maintained & unusable. We did contact management on the 1st day. They did a poor job of rectifying the situation, even though they came right out. The pool was never usable while we were there. It was dirty & filled with algae, completely unacceptable especially considering that was the main selling point of the house. Our kids were highly disappointed.
It was a beautiful home with a great backyard. We enjoyed sitting out there when we weren’t visiting our family that lives in St. Pete. The lights and fans were a little quirky and we couldn't always figure out exactly what worked with what without testing all the switches. The master bedroom just had sheets and a thin blanket on it, no comforter like the listing pictures showed. We ended up being pretty cold in the evenings. If you like a bed with some cozy weight on it, I would suggest bringing something unless they have fixed that now. I did message the owner to ask if they had any extra linens or blankets but they did not. If you are traveling in the cooler months the hot tub is warmer than the pool but it’s not hot like typical hot tubs. We contacted the owners and they allowed us to turn it up a bit so that helped some but we still got a little chilly on the cool February nights we had. Do keep in mind if privacy is important to you, there is a camera directly facing the hot tub and another facing the grilling / sitting area. It was odd and we have never seen that at a VRBO rental. I’m sure it is just a security measure but feel the camera would be better served facing the gates and such, not right at the hot tub. Overall we had a great experience and the few times we messaged them they were responsive.

Disappointing
If the heated pool is the reason you clicked here save yourself the disappointment. The house itself is very nice but unfortunately the owner is selling and ensuring the property is ready to be rented is not a priority.
I had to purchase batteries for the pool remote as they were dead. The heat was not turned on prior to our arrival and was a priority for us as it is the sole reason we rented this property. We got the batteries then learned we could only heat one at a time, spa or pool. We choose the spa. 4 days later it finally reached 85 degrees. The highest it went was 97 though was set for 104. We tried to heat the pool but after 48+ hours gave up as it stayed at 66. Didn't get to swim.
We found several items in drawers and cabinets that were full of old stuck on food and the dishwater was full of water and dirty glasses. As the dirt was spread throughout all the kitchen items we had to wash everything before using.
Went to turn on the grill to make dinner and there was no propane. Swapped the tank from the fire pit and it lasted about 2 minutes. I asked if mgmt would bring one and was told i had to purchase it myself.
The grill was pretty dirty, the smoker was filthy and unusable and the outdoor cooler was full of wires and junk. The outdoor table is broken/ missing tiles and unusable.
Went to do laundry and found the washer was full of mold. Back to the store for bleach to wash the machine so i could wash. Owner couldn't care less about our issues.
We reached out multiple times asking questions in regard to things that weren't working and had very slow and vague replies. Lights around the gardens in the back never worked, jacuzzi finally worked and when asked how to heat that water was told the previous guests broke the remote that turned it on. Paid extra to check in 2 hours early and it took 45 minutes to finally get the code to get in the house. The house is a nice rentAl in an okay neighborhood. The kitchen is lovely
