Beautiful renovated 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms which is part of an older Spanish style duplex. Shower heads with water jets, 60"/55" TV's in all the rooms including the living room which includes Roku boxes that have Netflix and Youtube through Roku Boxes. Stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, the property is approximately 1300 square feet.. this is located in an up and coming area, in an industrial area, this is not a touristic block, it is very close to downtown (5min drive), beach (7min drive), and casino (12min drive) but it is close to other businesses on the adjacent street, this is on a busy street.
