This 43 m² apartment includes a very bright west-facing living room (3 French windows) with a sofa bed for 2 people, television. An equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, refrigerator, gas hob, extractor hood, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle). A west-facing bedroom with two twin beds in 90 which can be pushed together into 180 beds, wardrobe. Shower room with shower and toilet.
The floor is covered with laminate parquet.
