Only 600m away from the center of Eygalières, this fully air-conditioned renovated house is composed of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. You will have access to a large shaded terrace from the modern kitchen and from the living-room.

Outside, you will enjoy the 8x8x1,70m flat swimming pool, heated on request (May, June, September), and secrued by an immersion alarm.

- The swimming pool is open from May to the end of September

The swimming-pool can be heated on request (28°C) in May, June and September, with 150€ extra charge per week.

- Short stays are possible in low and medium season (min of 5 nights).

- Dogs are allowed on request with extra charge (200 € per stay)

- Final cleaning, household linen, towels and pool towels included

- Intermediate cleaning is included for any 2-week rental or more.
