Coziest Cultus Tiny Home 2min Drive to Lake!

Welcome to my little slice of heaven! Nestled amongst the beautiful mountains is this cozy tiny home. ONLY 2 MIN DRIVE from the lake, this tiny home is a recreational trailer that my family and I completely renovated. It is quirky, has character, and is small but MIGHTY! It is situated at Lindell Beach Holiday Resort, which means that you will have access to the POOL, HOT TUB, TENNIS & BASKETBALL COURT, and playground! Great for singles, couples, friends, & families!

IMPORTANT : Please note that the last day of the pool for this season will be Sunday - 15th September 2024.

From this day onwards, the pool and spa will be open the normal time from 9am - 10pm.

***In response to the COVID-19 situation, we will be firm on our stated check in and check out times to ensure our cleaners have ample time to thoroughly disinfect and clean the unit. Our goal is to provide a properly sanitized space for our guests to enjoy so the full preparation time is required for us to do so. For the peace of mind of our guests, we may also deploy the ozone generator to eradicate any airborne bacteria. Thank you for your understanding.

☆ SPACE SPECS ☆ (FREE WIFI!):

* KITCHEN: Completely new and fully equipped with a full sized stove, oven, microwave, and fridge! Also included- toaster, electric kettle, rice cooker, pots, pans, baking trays, electric mixer, cooking & serving utensils, flatware, serving ware (including children's plastic serving ware). Salt, pepper, sugar, canola oil. A quick breakfast option of oatmeal is also complimentary during your stay!

* N'ESPRESSO coffee is on the house & also a selection of teas! French press is available if you want to bring your own ground coffee.

* Forgot to bring flour? Need a touch of cornstarch? Don't fret.
As this is my home away from home, feel free to use the selection of condiments and dried goods we have. If you happen to use more than you anticipated, please replenish the item or a leave a tip so that I can continuously provide this personal touch for next guests :-)

* DINING AREA: Bench seating with a dining table that can be expanded for more table space when prepping meals like an island table!

* LIVING AREA: Sofa bed that expands into a KING bed (yes, King!). Flat screen 32" Roku Smart TV (NO cable, NETFLIX access provided for FREE!)

* FLEX SPACE: Fireplace, open seating, selection of board games available. Feel free to move seating aside if you would like to practice some yoga!

* BEDROOM: A queen bed fitted with a green tea memory foam mattress. Ample closet space and a small desk.

* BATHROOM: Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, q-tips, hair dryer provided complimentary! A set of towels (hand and body) will be provided for each guest. If you are planning to switch towels during your stay, I would recommend to bring your own as well as we only provide one set per person.

* EXTERIOR: 1 designated outdoor parking spot, personal fire pit, personal 4 burner BBQ, outdoor seating & furniture.

* COMMON RESORT AREAS: shared coin laundry & selection of arcade games @ clubhouse, outdoor playground, tennis & basketball court, green space, POOL & HOT TUB!

What Should You Bring?
- Groceries
- Firewood (Check for campfire bans)
- Outdoor activities/entertainment items (basketball, tennis racket, tennis balls, pool floaties/noodles, beach towels, yoga mat, bicycles, electric scooter, kayak, paddle boards, etc.)
- Propane tank for BBQ. Alternatively, an existing propane tank will be on site with whatever propane that is left. Additional propane is to be supplied independently.

---Guest access---
Lindell Beach Holiday Resort is a safe & secure, gated community. Your reservation gives you sole access to your unit. The check in process (guest pass, gate fob, key to unit) will be completed at the resort office at the entrance of the gate. Your guest pass is PAID FOR & INCLUDED in your reservation so you will NOT need to pay any additional fees to the resort.

If you would like to bring your boat, please inquire BEFORE booking. Subject to availability and must be parked in the designated boat parking area.

Boat Parking Fees: $10 per day or $50 per week

---Additional notes---
Only ONE dog is permitted. There is a $25/night pet fee which is payable when reservation is confirmed. I will send you a fee request for the funds and it is to be accepted PRIOR to check in. Please inform us if you plan to bring your rover/family pet. They are more than welcome!

***Please be advised of the following:

- Please use one appliance (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, etc.) at a time to prevent tripping of the power. If the power does go out because of multiple appliances in use, simply re-set the power on the fuse panel that is located inside the bedroom on the right side of the bed.

- Although it is unlikely that you will require heating in the evening given how hot Cultus gets, should you turn on the heat before bed, you may hear noise from the tank heating. It does not bother the average sleeper, but if you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing ear plugs.

- The exterior awning was damaged during the recent windstorm, and we’re currently waiting on replacement parts. As a result, use of the awning is not guaranteed at this time. In the meantime, we’ve installed a secondary window AC unit to help keep the space cool during peak heat periods.
