Villa de la Bergerie du Peyloubier
Beautiful villa located 1 km from the centre of Vidauban in the middle of a 17,000 m² park. Nestled in the heart of the Massif des Maures, the view is superb. Spacious and serene accommodation, accompanied by an independent sheepfold and a summer kitchen around a large swimming pool.
The park is totally enclosed and equipped with an electric gate.
The accommodation
The main house of 200 m2 is bright, completely renovated.
Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with electric shutters.
Distributed around a large cathedral living room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, a kitchen and a large entrance hall.
Next to it is a magnificent authentic independent sheepfold with a bedroom, a living room, bathroom-wc and kitchen. A double bed and a convertible bed in the living room can accommodate 4 people. Air conditioning.
This sheepfold can be rented in addition to the main residence or not (700€ per week and 50 € cleaning).
