Independent 5-room villa on two levels, in a quiet area, with no overlooking neighbors and stunning views.

This villa, with the charm of Provençal style, offers a tasteful decoration and a peaceful environment. It is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, as well as high-speed fiber internet access with WiFi.

Main Features:

Stunning views of the sea and the Gulf of St-Tropez from the villa and the garden.
A private pool measuring 9 x 4.5 meters, maintained by a pool cleaner and open according to the season. The villa offers a one-car garage.

Nice pool & view!

You really come to this house for the view! Beautiful view, good size swimming pool, nice outdoor terraces. Nice neighborhood. Communication went well. Air conditioning works in the three bedrooms and 1 in the hallway. There is no air conditioning in the studio downstairs of the house, but we did not sleep there.

Wunderschöner Ausblick

Das Haus liegt in den Hügeln mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf die ganze Bucht und Küste. Der Pool ist groß und sehr schön angelegt. Innen ist das Haus traditionell und sehr rustikal. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sowie der Check-in-Dame vor Ort war ausgezeichnet.

Glorious vacation home!

My family stayed at Anne-Marie's home for 2 weeks last summer. It was so wonderful!!!!! We have spent almost every summer in Les Issambres over the past 5 years and rented a different house each time. This house! This home, was instantly our favorite! And I hope we can come again this summer! It is a warm and comfortable home with amazing views and great pool! Close to town, but away from it all... it has everything! Well, except a proper BBQ.... I would gladly gift Anne-Marie a Webber grill, just to come back every summer!!!!! We loved everything about our stay here!!! Thank you!!!!

Thank you Kim for your appreciation. we do our best, that is true...as Guellala is also our family and holiday house...it is not an ordinary rental... Sorry for the Barbecue: but mobile barbecue are strictly forbidden in our area due to fire risk... that is the reason for wich we use only a mobile electric grill which cook thorougly and quicly :it can be as good as barbecue ...less carcinogenic...But I can understand that you felt a bit frustrated... Belle maison complètement...

Belle maison complètement équipée au style rustique (poutres apparentes, murs crépis, grande cheminée), mais en découvrant le jardin avec vue sur le golfe de St Tropez et la piscine (parfaitement entretenue), on est juste émerveillés. Le matin, le chant des oiseaux et les senteurs provençales accompagnent notre petit déjeuner en douceur sous la pergola, comme dans un rêve. On se sent rapidement chez soi. La villa est idéalement située pour qui vient en voiture. Tous les services et les plages à 5 min maximum, Fréjus et Ste-Maxime à 10 min. Un grand merci à Mme M. pour sa disponibilité et à Mme L. pour son accueil sur place.

Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend mit wunderschönem Blick.Das Haus ist gepflegt. Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt.Insgesamt ist das Areal großzügig.Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig.Erholsam. Die Innenausstattung ist angepaßt.Ausstattung der Küche gut,es ist alles vorhanden,vor allen Dingen genügend Geschirr.Kompetente Ansprechpartner vor Ort vorhanden. Ein Ort der Erholung in gepfegter südfranzösischer Atmosphäre.

"Nous avons passé une sem...

"Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve à la villa. La villa est tout simplement incroyable. La localisation près de Ste-Maxime et St-Tropez vous assure des journées bien remplies. Le hameau San Peire en bas de la côte offre tous les services dont vous avez besoin. La piscine creusée offre un rafraîchissement bien apprécié lors des chaudes journées d'été. Si vous trouvez que la villa semble belle sur les photos trouvées sur ce site, vous aurez toute une surprise en arrivant. C'est bien plus beau ! Les fleurs partout sur le terrain. Les odeurs de lavande. Nous n'avons qu'un seul regret, de n'y être pas restés plus longtemps. Merci Mme M !"
