dream house

Liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Häuschen

Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich empfamgen und gab uns viele Tips für die Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll hergerichtet und wurde sehr gepflegt übergeben. Wir haben traumhafte Herbstferien hier verbracht.

Idéal pour visiter la Toscane

Bel emplacement au calme avec une très jolie vue sur la mer . Le propriétaire habite sur place mais chacun a son intimité. Mauro est très disponible et à l’écoute . Merci pour ce séjour

Kleines schönes Häuschen

Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Es ist rustikal eingerichtet. Es gibt eine große Terrasse mit Außendusche. Man hat die Möglichkeit zu grillen. Holzkohle muss mitgebracht werden. Das Haus wird nach einer Woche gereinigt und auch die Betten werden frisch bezogen sowie neue Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es noch weitere Ferienwohnungen, diese Feriengäste haben wir aber nicht weiter bemerkt. Zum Strand sind es ca. 7 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Es gibt einen schönen weißen Strand, der sehr verlockend aussieht. Aber dieser ist etwas fragwürdig. In der Nähe gibt es eine Fabrik, die angeblich die letzten Jahre giftige Abwässer eingeleitet hat und davon hat sich der Sand so schön weiß gefärbt. Daher haben wir diesen Strand gemieden. Aber es gibt auch noch andere wunderschöne Strände in der Nähe, Richtung Livorno und bei Pisa. Die Besitzer sprechen einwandfrei deutsch. Wir waren zufrieden mit diesem Ferienhaus. Man findet Platz max. für vier Personen.

Eine tolle Unterkunft , ruhig gelegen, zum Entspannen und doch gleich am Meer

Wir haben es sehr genossen etwas abseits vom Trubel und mit den beiden Hunden auf der großen mit Naturschatten Terrasse zu sitzen. Die Ausstattung ist komplett, das Doppelbett allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig. Jede Bewegung des Partners wird mitgemacht😉 Zwei einzelne Matratzen wären vielleicht von Vorteil. Es gibt ein großes Bad, die Dusche ist allerdings sehr beengt
